I‘m so happy that the Harry Potter content didn’t stop after the reread. I adore Harry Potter so much, it’s just very nostalgic to me. My favourite characters from the series are (in that order): McGonagall, Ginny, Lupin, Kingsley and Fleur. They’re all so underrated and especially the last two don’t have enough „screentime“ in my opinion.
Fleur was done dirty in Book 4. Female champion, does the worst in all the tasks and is generally unpleasant. Thankfully Book 6 really picks her back up, but it's like...why?
Hot take (don't hate me), I found most of Hagrid's page time to be the most frustrating (dare I say 'boring'?) to get through and while I appreciate who he was and how he loved Harry, on the whole I wasn't a big fan and when I reread the series I frequently feel the urge to skip through the chapters dedicated to Hagrid **shame faced** I basically only like him in the 7th book :( McGonagall on the other hand, belongs in the Neville tier 100%
I can't forgive Hagrid for calling Sirius a murderin' swine and for believing Sirius capable of murder. Of ALL people who should know what it's like to be falsely accused of murder he should. He was literally falsely accused of murder TWICE. Once in his own school days and another time in the COS. He should have given Sirius the benefit of the doubt a little more.
"Remus Lupin deserves all good things in life." Yes! Yes he does. He is an amazing character, my absolute favorite, he deserved so much more after book 3, and thank you for giving him the highest rank.
My personal tier ranking: Luna Lovegood: Luna Lovegood Protect at all costs: Fred & George, Neville, Ginny, Dobby, Molly, Lupin Great: Hagrid, McGonnagall, Draco Malfoy Good: Kreacher, Lockhart, Peeves, Tonks Love to hate: Bellatrix Get out: Lavender Brown Avada Kedavra: Fudges, Wormtail, Rita Skeeter, Umbridge (she belongs in the "love to hate tier" but it is to satisfying to put her in this one)
Mine is a bit different but also has Luna at the top God Tier: Luna, Molly Protect at all Costs: Draco, Remus, Bellatrix (haha) Great: Hermione, Neville, Dobby Good: Greyback, Cornelius, Fred & George Love to Hate Ginny, Gilderoy, Lavender Get out: Peeves, McGonagall, Umbridge Avada Kedavera: Rita, Kreacher, Wormtail
Perfect: Luna Lovegood, Ginny Weasley (and maybe even Neville Shlongbottom) Protect at all costs: McGonagall, Molly, Lupin Great: Dobby, Hagrid Good: Lockhart, Kreacher, Draco Love to hate: Peeves, (dont come at me) Umbridge, Bellatrix Get out: Lavender brown, Rita Skeeter Avada Kadavra: Fudge, Wormtail
@@methprodigy Molly in God Tier? Maybe it's because I love Fred and George so much, but she kind of treated them as not part of the family when Ron was made prefect. And she was really harsh with them, only agreeing with their choice when their business proved successful. I just can't get over it. I think great is well fitting.
Yes I agree I also think that James Potter should be ranked two. Also Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley and others should be ranked. Also Severus Snape is my top favorite character in Harry Potter.
I'd be curious to know where you'd put Percy Weasley, he's probably one of my favourite character (and i deeply believe that he should have been a slytherin) because he's so ambitious and he wants to drag himself out of the mud and he wants so succeed and this cause him to make a lot of mistakes, but i love him because of that :)
I thought the same thing! I really wonder if Slytherin would have made him happier. I feel like he might have gotten some guidance and support there that he just didn't get at home. His family meant well but were pretty awful to him and just could not understand him. I'd probably put Percy in the good, maybe the great category.
percy is my favorite!!!!! him and regulus. they have this sort if depth to him that is amazing. percy would have definitely been a slytherin though, if only jk didnt have a thing against slytherin house. the twins could have been there too.
Percy may be ambitious, but he isn't sly, which would be a major character trait valued in Slytherins. Up until very close to the end, he always rigidly follows the rules and has an imperturbable believe in authority. The stubborn way he sticks to the ministry course almost makes him appear to be a bit stupid, though it is most likely not due to a lack of intelligence, but rather to him being unwilling to question authorities. His industrious "always follow the rules and do your job well" attitude may have made him a good candidate for Huffelpuff, but on the other hand, he is undoubtely also brave and bold, so I think he actually was quite well placed in Griffindor. Also, what's up with you people who always complain that Rowling was "biased" against Slytherin - here you have one Griffindor character who for the most of his arc wasn't likeable and sided with the antagonists (until his redemption at the end of book 7), and you want him to be in Slytherin??
@@Ray-td4tq I don't think Fred and George would've been slytherin. But I do think if Percy wasn't a Slytherin, he would've been Ravenclaw and Bill should've been Hufflepuff. But that's just me.
I don't want Harry with either of them honestly. I don't think he met the right person yet. But also other than the appearance and the fact that they end up with a Potter, I don't see Lily and Ginny as that similar at all. We also get next to no development for Lily. If anything Lily would be the copy of Ginny's character because people don't have much else to go on
Lupin had in my opinion, a perfect portrayal in the films. His story was one of the most exciting and tragic. He is one of the best characters like you said According to me the arc of Peter pettigrew is just not as interesting or amazing. Why no slughorn, he is not a main character but a pretty interesting one
I can't wait for your video on Draco. He's my favourite character because I guess, as weird as it is I related to him for multiple reasons when I was younger-especially around the ages of 14-17. I don't want to get more into depth as to why and I'm definitely not saying he's just good or bad- he's all gray. So excited about the video on Saturday! Sending you lots of love!💕
He's kinda boring though) Although the fact that from such a loving and supportive family (even if considering the "societal" pressure against non mags etc) he turned out to be an asshole for few years is fascinating
Remus and Molly better be on the highest tier. And Hagrid, my dear sweet underrated Hagrid. Update: I'm not even surprised that Neville is a tier of his own. Update 2: Nooooo Avada Kedavra Umbridge!
I am currently reading the books for the first time ever. I read Philosophers Stone and thought it was super choppy, but I loved all of the Weasleys. Fred and George are amazingly well written. I’ve started Chamber of Secrets, I’ve only just read the Burrow, but that entire chapter has solidified my love for all of the Weasley family.
When I hear or see the Phelps twins I think of this scene: 'How much for this?' '5 galleons' 'How much for me?' '5 galleons' 'But I'm your brother' '10 galleons'
You are so right with Lupin😭 he deserved so much better from life. He was such a good character and person, despite literally hating himself for being a werewolf most of his life. My heart 🥺
Lupin is probably my favourite character ever so I would absolutely love for you to dedicate a video to him! He's as close to a role model any fictional character has been for me and someone that I think really reflects my own strengths and weaknesses as a person. We need more lupin content in the world!!
After my wife got me into the series, I had exactly the same reaction to Umbridge as your husband did when I got to book 5. I was ready to quit. Hated her. But I guess that was the point. Lupin is the man, most definitely.
I would rank them all the same except for Luna and Dobby. They're both in the Neville tier for me. Oh, and I would put Lupos in the protect at all costs. And I would definitely avada kedavra Umbrigde. Ew. And Love to hate is for Draco. Okay well, 5 different rankings. but yeah hahah
I paused the video at 10:55 to say PLEASE make a whole video about Lupin. I just wanna listen to someone talk about him for 20 minutes and give him all the love and appreciation that he deserves
Dobby is one of the best characters in the series. He is so noble and completely loyal to Harry. Although he is clumsy, and often makes bad choices, his efforts always came from a place of love and he genuinely wants to do the right thing and protect those that are important to him. His presence in the story was incredibly important. He is probably my 2nd favorite character.
I LOVE Dobby. He is actually my favourite character because although some people may find him annoying, he is so loyal and caring. Personally, I think he is an underrated character but obviously that’s just my opinion aha. I even have a dobby blanket which my grandma got me for Christmas.
Two things: 1) I just want to thank you for your willingness to dive deep into the world of books and share your opinions both at a surface level as well as the deep intricacies of either a character or the series themselves. Overall, You create a very welcoming environment for an audience for people to talk about books with 2) I agree with 90% of your list. I would have swapped Umbridge and Bellatrix to the others spot (my reasoning although Umbridge is the most relatable figure she shows no emotional boundaries to anything besides her own manifesto; while Bellatrix is devoted and kinda in love with Voldemort only wanting to please him); as well as, move Molly, Hargid, and Luna to Neville tier because they all pulled out so much of Harry that no other characters in the book (besides Dumbledore) could.
When you realize in hindsight that Harry Potter has some of the best and most colorfull characters ever. I needed videos like that to really realize it, since when reading the books I was too focused on the story.
Not only did Fenrir Greyback bite Lupin, bite tons of other kids, attempted murder and supported Voldemort But he was also disturbingly seductive and attracted to Hermione
I would love to see a part two to this video with characters like Sirius, Moaning Myrtle, or Snape! I feel like there are a lot more characters that would be interesting to hear your input on. (Even though you already made a video about Snape). Side note: I’m currently binge watching your channel while eating popcorn.
First of all, this was fantastic. Second of all, I busted out laughing at the way you handled Bellatrix. First you were talking about how she was a great villain and going to move her into the love to hate and then you started listing why we love to hate her and you realized, nope! b**** gotta die! and I was completely in agreement lmao! That said, this was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to sharing it with several of my friends who are going to argue about this, which is half of the fun of Harry Potter... It has a lot of characters that are emotionally compelling and divisive... And others that are universally agreed upon, Hem hem anyone? 🤬👹🤣 Thanks for another entertaining video, have a great weekend!
Ranking Idea On BooksandLala's ranking video, where she did loads of different rankings but the most interesting to me was the one where she went back to her favourites of the year videos and ranked them again (All Time Fave, Stand By It, Need to ReRead to Decide, Take It Back and WTF Was I Thinking). I would love to see you do this.
Completely agree about the twins. Also, speaking of that scene in book 5, I saw a post a while ago about them and I haven’t been the same since, so I have to share it because in this house we suffer together: “In the Order of the Phoenix, when Molly Weasley tries to defeat a boggart, it transforms into the dead bodies of each of her family members in turn, including the twins. But they appear together, because not even in her worst nightmares did she imagine Fred and George being separated” T^T
I was so thrilled when you put Lupin in Neville’s category !! He’s truly one of the best characters of the entire series, and I would gladly listen to you rant about him in a video :)
I don't miss any of your HP videos (and love the others as well!). I really love your discussions and enjoy watching you. I'd love to see a whole video dedicated to Harry, it seems you don't mention him enough (to my very biased liking, as he is my favourite character 😜). I would've loved to know your ranking of him in this video, I felt it was missing. Thank you!
I love Fred and George. They are AMAZING. No matter what happens , there optimism will always be there to lighten the spirit and of course we can’t forget their grand final bye to Hogwarts , I laugh sooo much every time I read it:)
McGonagall is always the voice of reason in every situation she is in and sometimes even the only. You can see that she really deeply cares for her students and Harry.
Merphy: I wouldn't have ended this tier list on Tonks if it wasn't random- Me: Aw yeah she's gonna put Tonks in the top tier where she belongs Merphy: because I feel nothing for Tonks :/ Me: :(
I hated dobby in the second movie but liked him later in the others. he was just too annoying and almost acting like an antagonist when he first appeared in harry's life. so it strongly depends on what part of the series we're looking at. all things considered I'd say he is at least a great character but he had a bad start...
I recently just found you in my recommend and I’m so glad I did! I have never been able to find a book tuber with the same book taste as me, until I found you! I love binging your videos :)
I'd have put Bellatrix in "Love to Hate." I never liked Kreacher. I'd have protected Luna at all costs. I do wonder how disappointed Bonnie Wright was when she got the script for OotP and saw she didn't get to tell Harry off. That was my favorite Ginny moment.
thank you so much for this video it was amazing! I think it would be awesome if you could make a video about Remus Lupin in the future because he is a very good character and I do not see a lot of people talking about him.
I feel like Harry didn't appreciate Remus as much as he should have. He spent an entire year getting to know the man. Remus offered him tea when Harry was alone. He spent weeks with him teaching him to perform a patronus. And from what we see, this isn't exactly a wonderful time for Remus, watching Harry feint listening to Lily and James die. And he was so proud of the patronus at the Quidditch match. And then, during the summer, Harry decides that the one person he can talk to about his scar hurting is Sirius, someone he had known for all of a month. When he finally sees Remus again with the Advanced Guard, he's very happy to see him. But then it seems like all that happiness gets overshadowed by Sirius. Remus was living in the house too, for the most part; did they not talk? Then, when Harry uses the floo to talk to Sirius, Remus is right there, being a wonderfully supportive parent who makes it his responsibility to have a parent-teacher conference with Snape about Occlumency. Remus holds Harry back from jumping in after Sirius. Remus is there at the beginning of summer to threaten the Dursleys, and tells Harry to keep in contact. During book 6, Harry is disappointed that Remus wasn't writing to him. Does that mean they had been writing during the summer, and even before? We, the reader, have no idea. Remus comes around for Christmas probably to spend it with Harry. He had also been there for Harry's 16th birthday, and comes for the 17th birthday. Because Molly realizes that they're family. And they Are family: found family. Remus and Tonks even make Harry godfather to Teddy, and we get their first and only hug (which I'm pretty sure Harry only ever got a side hug from Sirius, because these boys are all so damaged). And in the end, when Harry calls his loved one back from the dead, the only four people there are his parents, Sirius, and Remus. Because yes, Remus IS a loved one. But really, I don't know if it's just Harry not realizing how important Remus is, or if it's JK Rowling not realizing how important Remus Would Be to Harry. But it just feels like Harry always thinks of him almost as an afterthought. Like, oh yeah, he's here too. And that just hurts me. (And really, I don't care that Harry didn't name his kid after Remus, he already had little Teddy with the name Remus. And I'm pretty sure the little boy would have been feeling a bit replaced if Harry Did name his kid Remus.) Rant over.
Loved this video! Personally, I would have put Ginny and Luna in the Neville tier because I feel that they were very much the silver trio in that if Harry, Ron and Hermione had failed, they would have been the ones to take up the banner. Especially Luna. I have a great love for her because of all of the reasons you stated, but also because I think she embodied some of the best qualities of human nature in that she had respect for all people no matter how insignificant they may have seemed to anyone else. She was the most emotionally intuitive character as well, understanding who people really were and how they felt. I think she did a great read on both Ron and Harry in the books and I have to say that (spoilers for anyone who hasn’t read book seven) the painting in her room really brought a tear to my eye, even on the like fiftieth time rereading the series.
I love Luna so much and I’m glad she was put in protect at all costs. Also, I find it interesting that you didn’t rank the three main characters. I wonder where you would have put them.
There should be tier named "Severus Snape", because, a lot of books has a similar "complex" and "wrong thought about" character..... It could be an interesting tier.....
@@snehshah4973 Snape is objectively a creepy guy. His whole world revolves around his childhood crush. He torments his students and hates about everyone.

Hot take (don't hate me), I found most of Hagrid's page time to be the most frustrating (dare I say 'boring'?) to get through and while I appreciate who he was and how he loved Harry, on the whole I wasn't a big fan and when I reread the series I frequently feel the urge to skip through the chapters dedicated to Hagrid **shame faced** I basically only like him in the 7th book :(
McGonagall on the other hand, belongs in the Neville tier 100%
I can't forgive Hagrid for calling Sirius a murderin' swine and for believing Sirius capable of murder. Of ALL people who should know what it's like to be falsely accused of murder he should. He was literally falsely accused of murder TWICE. Once in his own school days and another time in the COS. He should have given Sirius the benefit of the doubt a little more.
Please do this with Avatar the last Airbender.
YAS!
HELL YEAH
great idea dude. hope she would do it
Yes please!!!!

"Remus Lupin deserves all good things in life." Yes! Yes he does. He is an amazing character, my absolute favorite, he deserved so much more after book 3, and thank you for giving him the highest rank.

Glad to see another Luna Lover in the comments
Haley Fiske lol do you mean protect? In that case I totally agree
Mine is a bit different but also has Luna at the top

Good: Lockhart, Kreacher, Draco
Love to hate: Peeves, (dont come at me) Umbridge, Bellatrix
Get out: Lavender brown, Rita Skeeter
Avada Kadavra: Fudge, Wormtail
@@methprodigy Molly in God Tier?
Maybe it's because I love Fred and George so much, but she kind of treated them as not part of the family when Ron was made prefect.
And she was really harsh with them, only agreeing with their choice when their business proved successful.
I just can't get over it.
I think great is well fitting.

THIS RANKING IS GUILTY OF A TRIO OF MAJOR CRIMES: SIRIUS BLACK, SEVERUS SNAPE AND ALBUS DUMBLEDORE ARE MISSING!
Yes I agree I also think that James Potter should be ranked two. Also Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley and others should be ranked. Also Severus Snape is my top favorite character in Harry Potter.
Maria Bagry I would say good cause he does save potter and it’s just a hatred feeling in him
Fishy no I think he really truly loved Harry Potter too. It’s OK if you have a different opinion than me.
Maria Bagry no I meant a hatred for his father that was past down
Anyone think that Harry should also be included? Seeing as its his movie.
Yes, please make a Remus Lupin video!!
Reason why Tonks should be protected at all costs: she loves Remus, he deserves it
Plus Tonks is like a grown up Luna, and she is an Auror and one of the few Hufflepuffs we meet and she is like totally badass
But does she deserve him doe.....
I love tonks🥺
@@hm-pu1ui yes she 100% does
I'd be curious to know where you'd put Percy Weasley, he's probably one of my favourite character (and i deeply believe that he should have been a slytherin) because he's so ambitious and he wants to drag himself out of the mud and he wants so succeed and this cause him to make a lot of mistakes, but i love him because of that :)
Percy Jackson :(
Ginny doesn’t need to be protected at all costs because she can protect herself perfectly well thank you very much.
I like that thinking. I might have to change my being upset at her ranking because of this logic. Lol. ❤❤
well she cant as her mother had to protect her
It’s just the name of the slot but yeah, be dramatic 😍
Yes "reducto"
I get so sad with all the hate I see for Ginny online. She's not my top character by any means, but people really drag her down.
I think a lot of it comes from people who either want Harry to have ended up with Hermione or have only watched the movies.
I've read the books, and I dont want harry to end up with Hermione either. I just think her character is exactly like lily, down to the appearance.
I don't want Harry with either of them honestly. I don't think he met the right person yet.
But also other than the appearance and the fact that they end up with a Potter, I don't see Lily and Ginny as that similar at all.
We also get next to no development for Lily. If anything Lily would be the copy of Ginny's character because people don't have much else to go on
@@TianaCamilleriI have always thought that Hermione was closer to Lily in character.
Ginny seems to be more popular now than between 2005-2015. But haters will always seem more prominent than they actually are.
“This video was very biased.”
Wow, an opinion video is biased. Who would have thought?
Lupin had in my opinion, a perfect portrayal in the films. His story was one of the most exciting and tragic. He is one of the best characters like you said
According to me the arc of Peter pettigrew is just not as interesting or amazing.
Why no slughorn, he is not a main character but a pretty interesting one
It breaks my heart that Molly’s biggest fear was one of her children dying and it happens...
I haven't watched the video yet but Lupin better be S tier
Edit: I knew you wouldn't disappoint me Merphy, good job :)
You are my favorite booktuber! Your speaking style and personality is so welcoming. Thanks for a great video!
He's definitely not good, but he's kinda relatable sometimes
He's kinda boring though)
Although the fact that from such a loving and supportive family (even if considering the "societal" pressure against non mags etc) he turned out to be an asshole for few years is fascinating
Nice rankings!
I am so glad Neville is getting so much love. And Kreacher is awesome.
Remus and Molly better be on the highest tier. And Hagrid, my dear sweet underrated Hagrid.
Update: I'm not even surprised that Neville is a tier of his own.
Update 2: Nooooo Avada Kedavra Umbridge!
When you were listing all Harry’s father figures, I’m like...Arthur Weasley though, Arthur Weasley 😂
The Jacoby Show oh to be able to read for the first time again. Sigh.
When I hear or see the Phelps twins I think of this scene:
'How much for this?'
'5 galleons'
'How much for me?'
'5 galleons'
'But I'm your brother'
'10 galleons'
1. Protect at all costs: Ginny, Luna
2. Great: Hagrid, McGonagall, Lupin, Tonks
3. Good: Kreacher, the twins, Neville, Dobby, Lavender, Molly
4. Love to Hate: Lockhart, Bellatrix, Malfoy
5. Get out: Peeves, Fudge, Skeeter
6. Avada Kedavra: Greyback, Pettigrew, Umbridge
Finally!!! I think that Tonks is a protect at all costs though
I'm sorry but Malfoy actually is ' hate to love's.
I am putting all the characters in Love to Hate tier to a tier worse than Avada Kedavra except Malfoy
They deserve it lmfao
Bellatrix also killed Tonks as well
I didnt think much of Tonks in the books, buuuut when they cast Natalia Tena in the role I became all sorts of 😍😍😍
I know Dolohov killed Remus, and I'm 90% sure he also killed Tonks
@@taylor_green_9 No I'm pretty sure Bella killed her
Francisco Vargas it was Bellatrix. Jk Rowling has confirmed that on Pottermore. Or WizardingWorld or whatever the heck it’s called now lol

Merphy: I could make a whole video about Lupin
Me: please make a whole video about Lupin
Please make a video giving Remus lupin love
You are so right with Lupin😭 he deserved so much better from life. He was such a good character and person, despite literally hating himself for being a werewolf most of his life. My heart 🥺
Lupin is probably my favourite character ever so I would absolutely love for you to dedicate a video to him! He's as close to a role model any fictional character has been for me and someone that I think really reflects my own strengths and weaknesses as a person. We need more lupin content in the world!!
I literally cheered when you put Lupin on Neville's tier. 💜 For the record, I would watch the heck out of a video about him!
After my wife got me into the series, I had exactly the same reaction to Umbridge as your husband did when I got to book 5. I was ready to quit. Hated her. But I guess that was the point. Lupin is the man, most definitely.
I think Umbridge is actually hated more than Voldemort is. Lol.
Buffy Cary she was
Congrats on 150k! We need Merphy Merch!
And Hagrid must be in the Neville tier as well!
Remus Lupin deserves the world and the fact that his life was so tragic is something that I can never get over.
I LOVE LUPIN. He's my favourite character from the entire series.
I paused the video at 10:55 to say PLEASE make a whole video about Lupin. I just wanna listen to someone talk about him for 20 minutes and give him all the love and appreciation that he deserves
Just here to feed the algorithm. Nom Nom.

Lavender is that you?
As am I sir

10:53 please make a whole video on lupin. i must talk about my facorite insecure werewolf
Two things:
1) I just want to thank you for your willingness to dive deep into the world of books and share your opinions both at a surface level as well as the deep intricacies of either a character or the series themselves. Overall, You create a very welcoming environment for an audience for people to talk about books with
2) I agree with 90% of your list.
Not only did Fenrir Greyback bite Lupin, bite tons of other kids, attempted murder and supported Voldemort
But he was also disturbingly seductive and attracted to Hermione
I would love to see a part two to this video with characters like Sirius, Moaning Myrtle, or Snape! I feel like there are a lot more characters that would be interesting to hear your input on. (Even though you already made a video about Snape).
Side note: I’m currently binge watching your channel while eating popcorn.
I think Molly Weasley should at least be in the “Protect at all costs” tier.
Okay, when is the Avatar ranking coming?

Thanks for another entertaining video, have a great weekend!
This is so fun! I can’t wait for saturday’s video!
Luna is a wonderful character. Every time she shows up she commands the scene for me both in the books and on screen. I wanted to adopt her.
Ranking Idea
On BooksandLala's ranking video, where she did loads of different rankings but the most interesting to me was the one where she went back to her favourites of the year videos and ranked them again (All Time Fave, Stand By It, Need to ReRead to Decide, Take It Back and WTF Was I Thinking). I would love to see you do this.
PS - Seriously people complaining about your last video being biased ...... erm DUH!
You killed me when you started listing all the stuff Bellatrix did 😂😂
"You know how you lay in bed at night, wishing you had a better website?"
"No!"
Best ad I've seen all year, top tier
What about Moaning Myrtle?! I would really like a part 2 with the other secondary characters ^^
Having a Neville top tier is amazing haha :D
I was so thrilled when you put Lupin in Neville’s category !! He’s truly one of the best characters of the entire series, and I would gladly listen to you rant about him in a video :)
Merphy: a word from our sponsor, square space
Me: ohh! This should be interesting!!
No matter what happens , there optimism will always be there to lighten the spirit and of course we can’t forget their grand final bye to Hogwarts , I laugh sooo much every time I read it:)
same they're my favourite characters out of the whole series
McGonagall is always the voice of reason in every situation she is in and sometimes even the only. You can see that she really deeply cares for her students and Harry.
Merphy: I wouldn't have ended this tier list on Tonks if it wasn't random-
Me: Aw yeah she's gonna put Tonks in the top tier where she belongs
Merphy: because I feel nothing for Tonks :/
Me: :(
Watching Lupin be placed in the Neville Tier has legitimately made my day
I read the books long after watching the movie and I NEVER hated Dobby, he is the best in the movies and the books
I love movie and book Dobby!
I hated dobby in the second movie but liked him later in the others. he was just too annoying and almost acting like an antagonist when he first appeared in harry's life. so it strongly depends on what part of the series we're looking at. all things considered I'd say he is at least a great character but he had a bad start...
sanablue1 hes only in one movie other than COS
I recently just found you in my recommend and I’m so glad I did! I have never been able to find a book tuber with the same book taste as me, until I found you! I love binging your videos :)

I'd have put Bellatrix in "Love to Hate." I never liked Kreacher. I'd have protected Luna at all costs.
I do wonder how disappointed Bonnie Wright was when she got the script for OotP and saw she didn't get to tell Harry off. That was my favorite Ginny moment.
I think Avada Kedavra is probably what she deserved
thank you so much for this video it was amazing! I think it would be awesome if you could make a video about Remus Lupin in the future because he is a very good character and I do not see a lot of people talking about him.
Bellatrix is the top of the list for me. She’s so powerful and insane which is the character I’m naturally drawn to
Murphy: “Lupin and Neville are amazing.”
Me: Enjoys reading about Neville and Lupin 100 times more after that.
And I'm pretty sure the little boy would have been feeling a bit replaced if Harry Did name his kid Remus.)
Rant over.
I actually feel like Harry didn't do justice to many of the characters .you both are right
True I think Harry should have appreciated lupin , Hermione more in books
Yessss! I smiled so much when I saw the title of this video
Aight. Damn. I gotta do this for WoT characters
Yesss Daniel!
Neville has a category for himself 😍😍
I love Luna so much and I’m glad she was put in protect at all costs. Also, I find it interesting that you didn’t rank the three main characters. I wonder where you would have put them.
You should make video about Lupin.
Mrs. Weasley is top tier for me strictly because she treated Harry as one of her own. I think Lily and James love her for that.
There should be tier named "Severus Snape", because, a lot of books has a similar "complex" and "wrong thought about" character.....
It could be an interesting tier.....

Draco Malfoy : he cares about Harry if the default tone wasnt [ Hostile ] they couldve been friends
Everytime they interact Malfoy says : Hey how are you feeling. Since the current event affects you so much . What are you gonna do now.
Book 4 even makes fun of Rita Skeeter articles because theyre hilarious . trolls her with obviously false information
He's going essentially through the same arc as harry where he has to come to terms with his father sucking
and he hasnt got a single person for support ( the only one he can talk to is myrthle ) .
