I have a video suggestion as a winger/striker, how do you get more agile and quick with your dribbling? I’m really explosive and fast but I lose the ball due to lack of control and I know how to do all these skill moves but I can’t seem to be able to do them at match speed, if that makes sense

Tighten your dribbling drills. Smaller space. Forces you to tighten your touch and control. Lots of toe touch drills. Then you can read the defenders misstep and use that explosive speed to toast them.
