Stop n' Go was my first body feint I learned when I first started football. It's SO simple that everyone can do it, yet it's really effective.
I highly recommend trying this for those who is starting football or want to get better at passing the opponents.
The stutter step is something else… even though the players I was using it against weren’t the best it almost never failed me

how do become quick at doing these , i feel like when i lean one way and i try to go the other way i feel like my weight rlly doesnt allow me to change direction so quickly being all the weight is still on my planted foot

Just get a setup like me - have a cone, a pole or other obstacle, that you practise doing the feints against - and then hopefully, one day, they will come naturally to you! /Jay

How to run at full speed with full control of the ball, I also don't do step overs, I'm a messi fan and learning to body fient and dribble like messi is the easiest but the best decision I've ever made in my life time

Ok, but at Stop 'N' Go you'll crash the defender because he will get in front of you. He'll get in your way and try to stop you
I should've probably mentioned that it works best if you're both running in the same direction. Otherwise, you're right, it's not the most effective move in the book. /Jay
If your running down the wing and the defender is running with you this is a nice way to find a gap
Especially if you’ve stopped in a similar way and then cut inside. For stop n go to work ya need to stop in the same manner you did for the cut in, but this time you….go. Lol
