@@jackiechan6288 - I know. It’s the worst part of making these videos. I spend all day with the one dog and we always make a connection together. Then I have to put them back…
While we don’t know the full story, I know that I would move mountains before I’d let a dog of mine be given up. The only thing I do know is that Bradley didn’t do anything wrong like get into fights, destroy things, or anything else. And just watching him, you can tell he’s a chill, happy dog.
As someone who has worked in a shelter for many years and have done my share of judging others, there are situations beyond the control of people forcing them to give up their animal. It can look like a heartless move but I have seen firsthand many times the emotional toll it can take on families and individuals.
@@gijane880 I would also move mountains and never surrender a dog. I was trying to tell myself maybe the owner died just to be at peace with it. Still praying for this one.. golden years in a shelter is awful. 😢

I don’t believe they ever loved this pup. So many of us would give anything to hold ours again for one more moment. 15 years? Owners pray to god for 12. We start counting down the moment we see them, already knowing our time is far too short. To leave him after 15 years…they didn’t love him. We stay to the bitter, painful end because we cannot bear the thought of them being alone at the end. How do you abandon the one soul on this earth that loved you more than itself? It makes me sick and it makes me cry to think of how they would treat a human they deemed worthless. They’d do the same. If my spouse or child told me to get rid of our pets, it would be them left at a bus station. To abandon this pup when he’s heading into sunset and needs them. This is how they thank him. I just can’t.

@@TakingPaws_media Thankyou, why is the video titled Bradley's last sunset..I thought he must have passed away given the title before I watched the video??
@@joannecannon5033 - I’m sorry if it was misleading. If he doesn’t get out of the shelter, he won’t get to experience one again. Maybe it was too local of a reference?

Let's fill the comment section with plenty of comments. That will make the algorithm recommend the video further, bumping up Bradley's chance of getting a forever home. Let's help him!
Such a friendly pouch! and so happy and smiling...he takes the situation as it comes Seems the perfect companion for their golden years together for an elderly person who would be worried to get a young dog out of fear of leaving it behind.
I agree. He’s a wonderfully good-natured dog. And perhaps an elderly person looking for a companion would be perfect. I hope that there’s someone out there with a little space where he can fit. Thanks for watching and being involved. It helps to get the video out - it’s a team effort!
I so hope Bradley finds an amazing home. A little over 9 years ago, someone dumped a litter of puppies off on the side of the road, they were about 3 weeks old, according to the vet. We adopted one of those puppies, and throughout her life, have tried to give her the best life we could. She is half lab, half pit, and while she is a great family dog, she does have issues with other dogs. Anyway, we have made the commitment to give her the best home we can until it's her time. We are now seniors ourselves, and have decided that when Blue goes, that's it. We feel we have done what we can do, and cannot commit to another dog as we want to travel. Perhaps when we get back from our travels, adopting a senior dog like Bradley would be a good choice.
Thank you for being the best kind of dog “parents” - your comment says a lot about you. One thing to consider when you no longer have a dog - volunteer at a shelter. It’s a way to have plenty of dog contact while giving support to dogs in need. I started doing the videos after just sitting and playing guitar to different dogs. It has a calming effect on many. Sitting next to them and just talking to them takes the stress away. They beg for human contact but the staff is often overwhelmed with taking care of the living needs of each dog. Volunteers can help, take care of each dog’s emotional needs. What I found is that you get much more out of it than the effort you put in. But at times, it’s hard to leave the shelter and the cages.
I already adopted two seniors dogs. Loved and stay beside them to the end. Giving time to grief and them, I'll adopt other here in my country. It's a whole new type of love.
I have already one adopted dog, I cannot afford for second one. Please anyone out there who want to adopt dog, please adopt Bradley. Thank you and God Bless ❤😊.

sending Bradley prayers may God gives him loving home where he spends rest of his life with family whoe love him dearly. Blessed him❤❤❤❤❤
Omg beautiful boy,the look on his face when he had to go back in that pen,it is unbearable when you see a senior dog any dog but a senior left at a shelter, someone pls adopt him❤❤❤
@@joannecannon5033- he didn’t want to go back in. We had a good day out and I think he was hoping he wouldn’t be going back to the kennel. The worst part of the whole thing for me is returning them. I had to re-shoot that part for an earlier video of Bella because I teared up while playing guitar outside her kennel and had to stop. Bella was adopted though. Fingers crossed for Bradley. 🤞
@@TakingPaws_media Thankyou, why is the video titled Bradley's last sunset..I thought he must have passed away given the title before I watched the video??
@@joannecannon5033 - I’m sorry if it was misleading. My thinking was that it was a question - because he doesn’t get to see sunsets any longer, one of the main features of Key West (where there’s a celebration for the sunset every evening at Mallory Square). If he doesn’t get out of the shelter, he won’t get to experience one again. Maybe it was too local of a reference?
I hope he gets adopted!
Bradley's spirit is beautiful!!
He is incredibly playful and the definition of “companion.”
Senior dogs are incredibly special souls. My last 4 rescues were all seniors. It doesn’t matter the time they have left, what matters most is the love in their hearts. Bradley deserves a family to live out the rest of his days ♥️🤍🙏🏼🌟
He does deserve that. We’ll help him get there.
Please share.
Hugs and kisses to 😊you Bradley. I pray you find your forever loving home ❤❤
Love Bradley. I can’t have dogs where I live, but if I could take Bradley I would have. Please adopt.
Good luck Bradley. How sad your owners gave you up. Someone please go get him

We'll find someone for him. His qualities won't get overlooked.
Please post when he gets a forever home ❤
I will. As I was finishing Momo’s video, I found out that Phil was adopted. The post about him is already up.
Let's fill the comment section with plenty of comments. That will make the algorithm recommend the video further, bumping up Bradley's chance of getting a forever home. Let's help him!
I’m out here in California, if I was any where near there I would adopt him 😊
I wish I could save them all. God bless all the people that devote their lives and love to these innocent guys.
I'm sending you love Bradley ❤ good luck and quick healing 😊
Such a friendly pouch! and so happy and smiling...he takes the situation as it comes
Seems the perfect companion for their golden years together for an elderly person who would be worried to get a young dog out of fear of leaving it behind.
I agree. He’s a wonderfully good-natured dog. And perhaps an elderly person looking for a companion would be perfect. I hope that there’s someone out there with a little space where he can fit.
Thanks for watching and being involved. It helps to get the video out - it’s a team effort!
Please get him a GOOD LOVING HOME ❤❤❤❤PLEASE 😢😢❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Please give Bradley a chance if in Florida
Praying he gets adopted
Bradley is so handsome and active. I'm praying for his adoption! 😢💗🐕
I already adopted two seniors dogs. Loved and stay beside them to the end. Giving time to grief and them, I'll adopt other here in my country. It's a whole new type of love.
Older dogs are the best and give more love than you can ever give back
Please some one safe him .. he deserves to feel love and have his own place .. im in Australia I would lobe to take him on
