At first I thought it was funny. But as I watched Max be so protective, it was clear he was trying to tell his human something. Something was going on with Happy and that’s why he made the mess. Max didn’t want Happy to get in trouble. Two wonderful dogs.
They are also a lot smarter than they pretend to be. Had a friend with a Boxer, he figured out that if he wanted our attention all he had to do was sniff around the 360 till it made a noise.
Had a boxer for 12 years. He figured out that he was smarter than me early on and saved my bacon on a number of occasions. He went everywhere with me, I had to go out of my way around McDonald's because whenever he saw the golden arches he wouldn't stop whining until I would stop and get him a cheeseburger, and if I got him a burger with no cheese he would eat it very slowly and look at me funny the whole time. Never shit in the house even once. Loved that dog.
All I can say is this gentleman is one blessed man to have two such fine dogs. I love how the guilty happy chose the right to remain silent in the background and allowed his younger and very loyal brother to advocate for him and protect him from the consequences. Max's defence of Happy is so noble. Boxers are an amazing breed.
I had a boxer when I was 15 years old and trained her for a working dog, she was very intelligent. One time i was walking alone with her in a forest and I fainted because I haven't eaten anything. She licked me all over, so I regained my conciousness. She literally saved my life because I was in the middle of nowhere.
Max said he's taking up for his brother to the end and Happy is standing silent , such a great brother . These two Fur Babies stick together no matter what or who did it , that's wonderful , now why humans can't do this 🐾🐶🐾🐕🐾❤💯👵🏽🙏🏽

I need a Dog trainer's point of view please‼️Like humans, dogs are always learning if you mean what you say. I think the boxer's disobedient behavior is not cute. The play bow=Not your will but mine. My pit bull doesn't tear up anything. The husky is also not listening to the "come" command. My pit bull will go to her crate when I tell her to go... sometimes I have to say it 3 times - but we are working on that through consistency. She is very protective of me and over reacts to strangers at the door and is hesitant to leave me there alone if someone is standing outside the door. Sometimes her reaction to a stranger at the door is aggressive- also working on that while balancing her need to protect.

Such great looking dogs. Max is magnificent looking. I had 2 Boxers, Raisin (female, brindle) and Kane (male, fawn). Kane acted much the same way as Max, very protective and animated. Thanks for bringing back such fond memories. I hope y'all share many good times together.
