Just added this bike to my garage I usually ride sportbikes but I absolutely fell in love with this bike after riding it has great torque and power but is very comfortable
Hey if you don’t mind me asking how old are you and what soortsbike did you ride before. I am 43 always been riding naked bikes but I need something comfortable now at my age and I am really wondering jumping onto this bike. Is it a good bike if you are so used to lean aggressively on a naked???
Driving comfort: 850km and almost 9 hours of drive in one piece with 4x quick petrol stop... absolutely perfect!... Suspension: at the back wheel: horrible;))
I'm a year late but I totally agree. It seems like they should flip the tech on the two bikes. The scout is newer-tech, faster, and more modern, it should have the whole digital display. The chief is more iconic and simple, it should just swap consoles with the scout, but maybe have it on the dark horse/super chief just so it's still an option. It would bump the cost up a little, but for what it is, it should be fairly priced.
For a full-size scout bobber (with the chrome outlined engine covers) chrome pipes are definitely the way to go! For the scout sixty or the rogue, blacked out for sure
Graduated from a Kawasaki Vulcan S to this. The looks compensate for a lot, like lack of fuel gauge, LED Headlight and uncomfortable seat/ shocks. Riding position is badass though. I haven't taken mine too far yet to report on long distances comfortability...BTW...your review is one of the best I've seen.
I'm not a cruiser guy. Not at all. Never wanted one. Never thought I'd ever buy one. But this is a good looking motorcycle with great attention to detail that I appreciate. Harley to me is over the top. You want chrome? Here's a bucket load of it. Sort of thing. This bike is a good balance in style and detail. Its got me thinking....
I'm picking up a 2023 Indian scout rogue. I will be ordering the Rinehart racing pipes for it. I do wish it had a slipper clutch. It would be a little more forgiving for new riders.
Nice bike and video, chrome not my thing. Black wheels, yes. I would like to have OD green color with that brown seat you have, more like an WW2 theme 👍
Haha was that Montana comment from me on your warzone stream? I took my bike out for a few hours today it was up to 40 degrees and raining but I couldn't stay off it any longer.
My bike is going into the shop for new exhaust and Indian just came out with a tracking LED headlight for like $500 . It will track you as you turn . Sounded pretty cool to me . I’ll find out Thursday when I get it installed
@@michaelthackston5709 the new bikes don't come black so you didn't order a black one. Most people change the exhaust anyway so not sure why people are making it a big deal
I wouldn’t accept it with the stock pipes blacked out or not. Indian has a 2-1 pipe you can put on. Add that, the intake, better seat and you’re good to go.
I have a coating for headers that I make. It withstand 2000 of heat. Keeps heat inside of pipe. Then you can paint them any color you want. Pipe stays cool to the touch. Thanks Butch.

Simply beautiful. Now if only you could buy a Scout, but have the Chief’s very cool speedometer.

Its a great bike, I have 105 miles on mine, first bike, love it. New exhaust tips tomorrow

Scout Bobber Twenty has that as a colorway

Great review and a great ride too. Thank you. Greetings from Australia.
I'm an Indian guy over harley. Harleys are over-rated. (My opinion)
Can you set this bike up for two up riding?
love the chrome pipes and hate black wheels...
Lol give me all black want ZERO CHROME! To each their own I guess
Are mid controls and passenger accommodations an option for these?
Great review.... I hope that "warning" sticker peels off the gas tank without too much trouble.
I'm gonna peel mine off soon. I'll let you know.
Is this motorcycle color the silver quartz smoke?
Im moving there in a few weeks...where did you get your scout?
I just did a test ride but American Biker is where you need to go
@@HegshotRides gotcha thanks
Are they releasing all 2022 scouts with chrome exhaust and heat shield?
I feel like they are saving all the black parts for the Rogue
Stock it comes with chrome, but you can add another couple hundred for the black heat shield if you'd like
Beautiful bike!
Forward controls are not aggressive.
Once they make the headlight LED i will be sold, its the only thing that this bike is missing for me.
They have an aftermarket led sold by Indian. I think its about $300 though. Very clean too I might add.

I had them put on the Indian LED when I bought it. Love it!
Gotta turn that plate mount
I dunno looks good with chrome pipes to me
Quick question, how do tall people fair on them? Is it an awkward feel for taller people? 6feet+?
I’m 6”2 and it’s just fine for me .
Could you get wider tires for this bike front and back ????
Yes, frame takes up to 180 and if you delete the fender sky is the limit
Rc components makes a 240 wheel tire and rear fender combo that fits perfect without any mods
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
America needs to start building its own shit again.
Never had a use for a gear indicator in 38 yrs don’t need one now
I mean they can just powder coat the exhaust black. People are really acting like its hard lol

I think legally they cant put leds on the bike. Felt like i heard about that on another review
Jesus, those pipes really ruin the blacked out look... this was my dream bike too. Gonna have to install the 2-1 freedom pipes asap
I read somewhere this was due to a shortage of the blacked out pipes

or Radiant GP shorty pipes 👍

Gets to 130 degrees out where I live
Arizona ?

I want one so bad👀🥲🥲😱
If my bike came with that exhaust I'd order a different exhaust for the dealer to put on for me..... chrome is disgusting on cars and motorcycles
