$7500 for a clutch in that truck is worth it honestly. I have a 2021 T680 and all the emissions system stuff is crap, and expensive. I guess if I had a truck like that I'd run it until the wheels fell off, then I'd replace the wheels 😂
Also, remember to lift with your legs when putting that chonky boi in the truck

Kurt when you do a clutch ya gotta resurface the flywheel if possible or you get a new one new pilot bearing and throwout to with usually a heavy duty ceramic or fiber clutch. It's a Helluva job doing one. Your battery issue sounds like you said a weak one. It's very suspicious that all of a sudden you lose prime that's usually a pump or a hole in a line bleeding back. I love your truck; the gunmetal gray fuel tanks are awesome and really set it off. KW 900 hands down best-looking trucks on the road not to mention they are what a semi should look like. A real truck for a real truck driver.

I took my dog with me the first time this past weekend. It was great! (The run was 9/30-10/2) He was nervous, but handled it pretty well.
Also, I know very well what you mean about getting back into the rhythm after a break... I only drive on the weekends because I have a 9-5 day job during the week. I also don't drive EVERY weekend, except this month I'm doing all 5.

There should be a check valve in the fuel filter head. They are cheap. Of changing that doesn’t do it I would be looking for a crack in the filter head. Pretty common on those old cats. At least every one I ever had. Glad you got back out there making money. Truck safe driver
