This sounds interesting!! Am gonna start with this next week after I'm done with my current programme. I think I'll try this for 2-3 times/wk for a month & then reassess. Since I don't have access to those in-between weights, I'll either start with 12kg or 16kg to gauge where I'm at.
I would suggest you change the name of this protocol. I recently found out that I will be getting an implanted pacemaker due to a heart condition I have, and since I want to remain active, I was looking up exercises pacemaker patients can safely do (since having an implanted defibrillator obviously gives some limitations). That’s what I thought this video was, until I realized that this exercise video was not made for people that have pacemakers. I would suggest you change the very misleading title. All the best.
You may suggest, but it's not going to happen. This The Pace Maker, and a Pacemaker. As for exercises, you should refer to your Dr. But it should be like starting from scratch, which means low intensity, low weight, low volume, nothing ballistic, and gradually building up 🎉
Awsome, day one complete!! Insane insane insane.. will repeat soon.. looking forward to day two
Nice one, keep us up to date on progress
Amazing work, congratulations for the effort it takes! Much needed knowledge
Very good!!
Thank you

Brilliant presentation Taco and Anna.. can't wait to get into this .....any recommendations for how many times a week 3/4 perhaps ?
Thank you. As for recommendations, hard to say without knowing you or your goals. But start at the low end and work your way up
Wow max BPM was 182....you were not lying....my new fave
Nice one. Keep me posted on how you go from here 👍👌
Interesting , I start gently with 14kg first. Is this plan for week everyday or every other day?
