- This is The Disney Afternoon Show with D.U.D.E (Disney's Unilateral Digital Electromagnetic Computer) from Mickey's Starland in 1993 featuring: Darkwing Duck, Launchpad McQuack, Balou and Louie from Tailspin, Goofy and Max from Goof Troop and Bonkers D. Bobcat! This show also featured Mickey Mouse and your host CJ.

that moment when you realize that darkwing, bonkers and louie were all voiced by jim cummings! he's a disney legend! i wish all these shows were still playing on TV.
He also did Monterey Jack (Rescue Rangers), Winnie The Pooh and Tigger amongst many other cartoons.
That's weird because Bonkers sounds more like Rob Paulsen voicing dr. Scratchansniff from animaniacs

R.I.P. Dana Hill, Ed Gilbert and Wayne Allwine (the voices of Max Goof, Baloo and Mickey Mouse). The three of 'em passed away and went up to heaven real soon.

though he is not in this show also, that makes me sad. :( Only in the old Disneyland stage show.

I love this show. I was a kid. It was change into Mickey's Toontown Fair. I really missed it, when I saw already so many times. Good 'ol memories. :D

Mickey's ToonTown Fair was the name of Mickey's ToonTown as a whole by this time, whereas Mickey's Star Land was the name of The Disney Afternoon stage show following _Goof Troop_ replacing _Ducktales_ , _Darkwing Duck_ replacing _The Adventures of the Gummi Bears_ & _Bonkers_ replacing _Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers_ when it was previously called Mickey's TV World when the characters from _The Adventures of the Gummi Bears_ (Tummi, Gruffy, and Sunny), _DuckTales_ (Scrooge McDuck and Launchpad McQuack, although the clumsy pilot would transfer over to _Darkwing Duck_ as the Robin to DW's Batman) and _Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers_ (Chip and Dale in their _Indiana Jones_ and _Magnum P.I._ inspired outfits alongside Gadget Hackwrench) were part of the show. Before the short-lived Disney Afternoon refit, the space was referred to as Mickey's Birthday Land, because it housed the Mickey's Birthday stage show.

No. Jim Cummings was a singer before he became a well-known voice actor. He even sang a version of the _New Adv. of Winnie the Pooh_ theme when that show first came out.

i like this show but does anyone think it's weird Darkwing Duck and Launchpad from Darkwing Duck and Baloo Bear and Louie from Talespin R in this show when both TV Shows got cancelled in 1992 and 1991 and this was made in 1993????

It's funny when you think of the size of camera being harnessed to tape this. How did Disney let the audience videotape this in 93? It's not like you could do so incognito with a small cellphone. In the middle of the show, some "crew member" might tap on your shoulder to cut the tape.
Old Disney was fun when I was younger. Now, New Disney sucks.

James Fabiano It was Disney's acquisation of the ABC network a few years later (1995-1996) that put the final nail in the coffin as far as the Disney Afternoon was concerned -- seeing as it was cancelled around the time when the One Saturday Morning block on ABC first aired (1997), with a majority the previous TDA shows - even the shows that weren't explictly made for TDA (DuckTales 1987, Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers) - moving to Toon Disney/Disney XD the following year, after a few years' stint on the regular Disney Channel.

It would be interesting if they brought it back, but it would need a serious facelift. For one thing, no rapping computer. It would be a good way to introduce kids to these old shows but you would have to have some newer ones in there too to keep them interested. Also in order for this to work, they would have to bring all these shows back on Disney Channel (which I would not complain about, especially if they brought back DWD and Duck Tales).
well, they do have a reboot of ducktales.
They just brought back Chip n Dale: Rescue Rangers, but as a movie,and not a TV show.

Was there a reason why the TailSpin characters never had a ‘storyline’ in the show? Did it have to do with the voice actors not being available? Just an observation since Baloo and Louie just sung the theme song, danced and left in every version of the show

You're right Gummi Bears were replaced by Darkwing Duck, Ducktales by Goof Troop in 1992 and Rescue Rangers by Bonkers in 1993. Talespin should have been replaced by Aladdin in 1994.
The thing is, there's no reason to add in characters from film properties (even if they had TV shows as part of TDAft), since they already have had attractions of their own in other parts of the Magic Kingdom (ex: Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride in Adventure Land & The Legend of The Lion King stage show). _Tailspin_ is an exception, because Animal Kingdom hadn't been built yet to give Baloo & Louie another meet-and-greet spot after Mickey's Starland closed.
It's corny, but I kinda miss that cornball innocence, and fun some cartoons used to have.

I was there in the 90s I had to be 4 or 5 but I SWEAR the Gargoyles were there!
Goliath was a meet-and-greet, but by then, TDAft was a shell of its former self & had been steadily losing its audience since _Goof Troop_ and _Bonkers_ released.
