    i am crying because this man reminds me of my grandfather for whom i made tea growing up, a very similar recipe. he wore a very similar ring, and a similar watch. he also looked similar to you. he is, however, no more and that's why im crying. thank you for reminding me about him.

    Also if you put a small piece of bread into your turbinado sugar canister it will keep the sugar from hardening. I use a small slice of sourdough and it does the trick. :)

    With due respect I am just sharing traditional Maharashtrian morning tea recipe . It says never boil black tea. Add tea powder after a rolling boil and turn off heat, put lid and wait 5 min, then add milk and sugar to taste. Boiling tea releases more tannins. Science supports this as well. Definitely prevents tanned guts! Search without prejudice.

    • @claudiaconrad5754

      what's bad about tannins?

    • @nithinsadasivan4470
      @nithinsadasivan4470 2 года назад

      @@claudiaconrad5754 Tannins are good, they do not pause any health issues, they are anti-oxidising in nature. Tannins also remove harmful microbes from the body, and fight against harmful bacteria, viruses and fungi etc.. so its a bonus actually

    • @Saffronlily

    • @viscirina
      @viscirina 3 месяца назад

      Ayurvedic infusion can be made without the use of tea leaf, the combination of cinnamon, clove, pepper, cardamom, and the other spices is flavorful enough that you won’t really miss the tea leaf. Just find the flavor proportions that you enjoy and you will still enjoy chai without the tea leaf.
