No, it's not possible on a pristine factory FEM! But if this unlocking procedure was performed once, then you no longer need to remove it! Everything is done through OBD.

In Cas module you can see the key cutting code but where do you get the code in FEM/Cas 4+?

No it just for 12v supply, you don’t have to use it
