curious why no points in Ultimate after the first. does it not do anything?

It doesn't reduces cooldown or extends duration, so investing points on it is useless.

@@diosadelagalaxiataquionica4195it does reduce cooldown, and additionally, more points grant more Fury upon casting. At any rate, more points in W for slow and AD reduction is better.
