Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Glitch Tutorial - How to Free Roam as Super Vegeta in the Time Machine

- This is the 2nd hardest bug in Kakarot. I wouldn't try it unless you're committed as it could take anywhere from minutes to days.
Or you really like Super Vegeta specifically. I don't know if you need to do anything in the menu and I don't know if you need to keep pausing. It only worked when I did it but it's ridiculous either way.
Like Vegito/Gotenks you need to skip the scene right as it starts. The problem... Vegito/Gotenks both have a visual cue (Scene fading in). Vegeta does not. There is absolutely nothing to tell you if this is going to happen. The start of this scene is literally a black screen.
Vegito/Gotenks have a somewhat lenient window of success. Vegeta has 1 frame. You have 1 frame to pause the game at a specific point on a screen with **** all on it and skip. If the scene starts to fade in, it's too late. The music playing also means absolutely nothing.
After the minutes to days you'll spend trying to get Super Vegeta to pop up you then have to play a game with Mr RNG. Mr RNG doesn't care how long you spend getting Vegeta to pop up and decides to give you no choice as to whether you can actually move with Super Vegeta or not. Even going so far as giving you blue screen for no reason.
When you get through all of this you'll find that Super Vegeta's transformations are locked too. If that wasn't all, you can't lock off or escape from any battle. To fix this you need to go to 21's training and hope Mr RNG doesn't give you blue screen (for the 4th time). If you beat whatever training you pick (I use bonyu) All of his transformations will be un-locked and everything then works as normal.

Vegeta has no need for it since he has ssj 2 Nd he mastered ssj. Also you can use final flash yourself against Cell

So I noticed on your other videos there's something about blue shirt Goku in free roam. Do you mean buu saga Goku or namek saga and how do you do it?
It was Buu Saga right after the last Buu fight. The game used to save before the credits, so if you turn of the game and re-load you got that Goku. It doesn't save any more unfortunately.

After you beat Kid Buu as Goku in the time freeze part the game used to save. I don't know if it does anymore. You just turn off the game after it saves and load it back up.

It just comes naturally for us to find stuff
I’m not sure if you still look for glitches in kakarot but if you do you should check out the channel called bluejayxp they found a new way to free roam as super vegeta although I don’t think it’s possible in the time machine it’s still a new way and who knows maybe you could use some of their glitches to find more kakarot glitches
There's a lot you can do with 21's training since you can have a menu open anywhere but I just don't have the time to go through all the freezes and crashes anymore. I knew about villanous enemies messing up scenes but I never tried Vegeta again since I had this way at the time. It's a great find.

It doesn't unfortunately. You have to kill the final villainous enemy of the area, before the "boss" version comes in, while standing where the scene will activate after the fight ends.
