Thanks! 2014 ford focus se, great DIY, but I could not find torque specs, but I used picture thread locking adhesive for the special bolts, which for old school is a bit peculiar, however once the adhesive dried all systems go! Thanks for the walk thru on this repair. No more shaking, wobbling, turning at 50,60,70 mph. 😁
I have the same thing. I do suspect it's the rear wheel bearings though. Does your sound sound like a rhythmic up and down humming sound, but doesn't really match the wheel speed? It almost seems like it would be the tires but it doesn't match speed of vehicle. I've read that it's the sound of the bearings starting to go. Gonna jack up the car and confirm it.
@@phe8nixfire323 it was confirmed by turning it left it died down the noise. That’s how to narrow it down to what side it’s on. I then turned right and it was same noise it wasn’t affected at all. The one side which you turned while driving and noise goes away is the bad side.

That’s not the noise I’m hearing at all. More like loud humming road noise
