Dear Dr, at 14:14 you said if you get rid of inflammation, and oxidative stress, you get rid of Afib. Did you mean that? Even for Persistent Afib?? My cardiologists have been no help in my afib, and only want to do an ablation. I have to educate myself with no help from them. May I ask what your thoughts are on a Cardioversion? Good, bad, or neutral? I have studied and made every lifestyle change that I could find, and am continuing study and application to improve my chances. It does certainly seem that I am improving. I spend up to 2 hours in the gym 5 or 6 days a week, cardio, abs, and weights. Losing weight. Under the care of a Chiropractor. Just had PRP for L5/S1 and am limited to not running for another week. I am not limited too much. I am a professional pilot (bush) and must raise my EF a little more to reinstate my flight physical. At 67 and with Afib, I am barely limited. I am having to retrain myself how to sleep after decades of constant moving with no stability living in hotel rooms, pilot houses, bunk houses, with stress never ending. I am in Alaska, there is only a normal night/day only for a very short period of time twice a year. On the Arctic Coast, the sun will set in Nov and rise again in Feb. Conversely, during the summer, the sun will not go far enough below the horizon to give darkness. You can read a newspaper at midnight. On the Arctic Coast, the sun will do circles in the sky for several month before setting again. I did night work, and wore a light with an elastic band. It has white and red light. As you said, the red light is better if you get up at night. I do expose myself to the cold. I think it is healthy. Wim Hof says it is and his breathing techniques help. One of my greatest needs is knowledge, I study, observe and ask, and wait.
Honestly I have had pvcs that got worse with exercise for a while and then i have also got them worse when I relaxed. Sometimes I get a few throughout the day, other times it's bigeminy. I have also had couplets before... My magnesium RBC was 4.6 last i checked but my serum is 2.00.
Dr. Wolfson. I'm so thankful for you loving desire to help others. May Jehovah bless you abundantly!
Low vitamin D makes sense and getting out in the sun makes sense but not where I live in winter so I have to supplement
