You're thinking of MW2 or 3 depending on what gun you're thinking of. MW2 had an m4 with those closed ring sights, also had a scar. Cod4 didn't have either of those things
I'm pretty sure that he was talking about animation which is relatively similar to M4 or M16 animation from CoD 4. The way character grabs a new mage (looks like it's from his mouth xd) and the way he presses the bolt catch. @@sabresergal8989
So the funny part about the SIG MG is that it has to capability of being loaded by a pull through tab like the HK21. That could have been used as a SoH animation rather than a sped up version of its original reload.
when I look at the m13b and m13c even though the player already pressed the bolt catch, the bolt still slightly open on 1:17 and 1:37.

Seeing that fast hands has basically been reloading without mag retention, what if that was another mechanic. Players could choose the slower reload to not waste unspent ammo, or choose the faster one at the expense of the unused rounds. This would mostly stop some people from reloading after shooting 4 out of 30 rounds. BTW not every gun can be affected like the others.
Battlefield had this twenty years ago with its realistic ammo counter :)
That mechanic already existed 10 years ago in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, a game that took place in the year 2054
This existed already in CoD Advanced Warfare. Double tap the reload button to dump the mag for a faster reload but lose rounds from that mag

So, Fast Hands literally gives you a "fixed" reload for the TYR.
People don't understand that modern revolvers have better materials and don't fucking snap in half when you flick them.

Not in regards to G3 platform weapons like the MP5 and HK33.
Ngl I prefer the fast hands animations to the standard ones. The empty reloads are more realistic imo

Pistols reloads so fast that my mind is telling me that the player just remove the magazine then put back in the same magazine
Dumbest question ever - how are we supposed to equip faster reloads? I have tried both the gunner vest and the mag holster. The WSP Swarm reload is still terribly slow.
MCW empty reload needs some rework, the thumb is too low to activate the bolt release.

Initially this was supposed to actually be DLC for MW2 hence the reused assets, but then Activision decided they wanted a premium game so the devs scrambled and spent 16 months under crunch. If I were the devs, I'd start unionizing cuz of this bullshit.
