Namaskar mam, 2012 me galat tareeqe se wazan uthane se meri L1 se L4 tak ki discs slip ho gayi, exercises se kam chal raha tha, June 2022 me Scooter ne peeche se mara tab se T12-L4 5 discs bulging, L3-L4 me central protrusion, thickening of legamentum flavum and facet arthropathy noted. All contribute to central canal spinal stenosis.
12 years me mere kabhi bhi back pain nahi hua hai, lekin mere feet ke talwo me numbness, burning, stiffness, left foot ke panje me ziyada stiffness hai, right kam hai. Left ka calf me bbhi numbness hai.
