    Hi Sharon ...enjoyed watching this presentation ... yr use of easily obtainable flowers and use of colour to go with the container makes me want to rush out and buy a bunch of flowers..however , i am a bit loathe to use hydrangeas , any suggestion for an alternative in the same colour range would be most welcome..... tk u

      Hi Julia, An allium or a agapanthus would give you a similar coloured flower, or a big Sunflowers if you wanted a contrasting colour. You could buy carnations and group them together to create more impact in one area or large Chrysanthemum blooms would do a great job, if you can't get either of those try a spray chrysanthemum but remove some of the stems to avoid over filling, although probably not available in the blue shade! Hope that helps
