I heartily welcome the real, true, best, most entertaining commander crew of all. glad to have the boys back together. honestly I feel a slight sense of relief in addition to the contentment and gladness. Welcome back and thanks for the coming entertainment.

Well we got a new Fable. The Frog and the Dragon..in a far away plane a Frog asked a Dragon to be friends, by the end of the day the Dragon had set the Frog on Fire..when the Frog asked "Why would you do this" the Dragon asked "I just wanted to draw cards."
I love when Seth says Tomer's name like a disappointed father when he gets targeted, then makes a threat to make Tomer regret it, then completely just continues to durdle.

NOOOOOO! Next week is the last episode for season 5, this season gone by too quickly. I am disappointed that Seth didn't include the honorary Juggernaut in Ulamog's Crusher into Richard's deck. Also let's face it, if Tomer didn't go after the frog, Seth would have still blown up Tomer's lands anyways. However, Vince should have gone after either Richard or Seth after Tomer lost Niv-Mizzet and Seth blew up a bunch of his lands. Yes Niv is powerful, but so is Sharuum with Argentum Armor on and a Gitrog lands deck. Plus Richard is punished for not taking Seth out when he had a chance.
As a cEDH Gitrog monster player this made me so happy!! My favorite way of winning is by machine gunning down players lands with Strip Mine!! Nothing better than that!! Good job Seth! Your piloting of the deck was perfect!
I do feel like strangely enough Niv-Mizzet did speed the game up. It was such a big threat that did so much so quickly, the game was forced to move along quite quickly.
32:04 I have a story about that, actually. For my friend's birthday (not Xmas, but close enough), his cousin gave him a really nice tablet. We were all a bit shocked because it was like a 500 dollar gift, but not as shocked as we were when the cousin grabbed the tablet and proceeded to smash it on the floor, jumping up and down on it. There was a collective thud as all of our jaws hit the floor simultaneously, and the silence lasted about ten seconds. Apparently the tablet had never worked and he bought it from a thrift store. So, let that inspire all of you to do the exact same. The reaction is WELL worth it.
24:08 "ive got quotes from juggernaut from dota 2" hears sounds in the distance JUGGERNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTT blinks behind you whispers in your ear "juggernaut"
The series has been hit and miss at times with all the bickering but this, this, this, this is peak commander clash. Absolutely awesome episode. When tomer and vince stop hating great things happen!
Will be sorry to see Vince go, feels so soon. One day I hope we can get at least a game or two with people who have been around for shorter time periods - Jen, Vince, Crim... and a 4th :P
Seth not putting in Teferi’s Protection into Richard’s deck seems like a big miss Love the offhanded “otherwise knows as 4C Edric” thrown in there, Tomer PS “that draws a card” is just great xD Richard was definitely the real winner with that ending
Enjoyed this weeks episode. It was interesting to see Tomer and Vince’s roles reversed. I wonder if Vince will learn to build decks that paint less of a target on his back as a result and if Tomer will see how Vince feels when he is the Archenemy
description doesn't have link to decklists. obviously you can just go to the website manually and see them, but since someone clearly meant to put a link in there i thought i'd say something
"I'm a Juggernaut, bitch!" part was priceless! Btw, I think that this may be the first swear word I've ever heard in Commander Clash when I think about it:p
holy shit got so POd when he played winds of change before he played chandra, flame caller. btw the jingle bells in the background were annoying. Loved the episode it was amazingly funny and on theme for everyone
Alright so I lose interest in magic for a bit and stop watching commander clash for a little bit. I get interested in magic again and see this video uploaded so I click it. I got straight to the comments, as you do, and see absolutely 0 negative comments. What in the world did i miss?
VInce sometimes gets negative comments because fans tend to dogpile the Spike of the group - it was Jake, then it was Tom, then Jen, and now Vince. Usually when it's a more fun, laid-back week like this, though, there's usually not much in the way of Spikery going on and people in general enjoy the camaraderie. And regardless, it was a super fun episode, with Richard's moral victory and Tomer's insane turn as great highlights.
1:08:20 If Richard would have attacked into Seth with Sharuum and used Argentum Armor to take down the drake, Tomer would have had a tougher time coming back for victory. Janky Tribal could have won.
joel quinn you’re thinking Eater of Days (same block, skip your next two turns). Leveler is a Juggernaut (learned from Gatherer searching Juggernauts of which 17 exist).
"The Frog and the Dragon were supposed to be friends too, and where's the frog now? Back in the command zone." If Gitrog Monster ever gets reprinted then this should be it's flavor text.

1:05:45 "Oh, the reading of only half of multiple cards was real punishing that turn."
And that about summarizes all of commander ladies and gents.
What a relief ( :
Lab Man does say "draw a card" on it, but doesn't draw you a card. so not technically illegal for vince's deck to Tomer.

Gotta say, I was dying when you guys were riffing on the Ramroller, especially Tomer and Vince talking about its manueverability LOL
What a charming and friendly Commander Clash. I love it.
This game was amazing, start to finish. Best of the season, probably a new favorite.

Hurray for the moral victory and that sound byte. Truly, the winner wasn't the only winner. Bravo, bravo, bravo.
This might be my favourite group dynamic of all commander clash, great episode!
33:19 Wouldn't hitting Seth with Niv-Mizzet get Tomer a Gold token so he could cast Jin-Gitaxis?
Yes, and i screamed that shit at the monitor

wow. Not a word about Richard's negative life total after that lethal attack?
It was pretty
nice
Strip Mine Tribal, wow, such a good christmas present for Seth
Oh boy, Richard ia Just the best player in this show, so much fun! That was awesome, thank you guys
This has to be one of my favorite episodes ever, Seth may have swung for lethal, but that bit at the end meant that Richard is the real winner here xD
That juggernaut clip was an amazing display and totally something my group would do. Well played!
This might be one of the most glorious commander games of all time. Good Job guys.
It doesn't matter that Seth won, Richard wins for being the juggernaut. Seth is correct

Seth, you missed the opportunity to put in Leveler + Fractured Identity for the jankiest juggernaut combo in EDH.

Omniscience and the draw deck= a lot of fun!
I can’t believe how much I want to play this Niv deck.
And here I was looking forward to Tomer building a stax deck for Vince.
Tomer's random "noooooo"s are so perfectly funny.
Firemind's Foresight doesn't say 'draw a card' in it :(
I would've conceded after Richard played that clip then casted Juggernaut. Lmao

Discarding Jin-Gitaxias with 10 lands in play, just to ping down some throw away creatures instead. Sad times Tomer.
Is that hand-cam up top new? I'm so grateful for that; it adds a lot to the viewing experience. Thanks, team! You rock!
It started a couple of months ago, but new-is! Glad you like it.

So how do cards like daze and gush work with the auto yield on mtgo??
If you can take an action (like daze, gush, force of will, anything with convoke or 0:) then the auto-yield ("F8"/8) won't yield automatically.

Tomer not Denying that True Conviction was a touch of a punt on his part.
He was dead anyhow (he already had 11 sharum damage). Letting it go down increases one-shot targets which may have allowed him to live.
