Manny I’m a mindset coach and what Laura was saying about affirmations is amazing but to make that shift in your subconscious and your energy even faster I’d recommend making a note in your phone called “I attract so much love” and every time you have a micro moment of love (like when Laura says she loves you or when a stranger smiles at you) log it and give you mind SO MUCH evidence that you easily and effortlessly attract love. You can do this with anything you are desiring. When I was broke I had a note that said I attract abundance and literally had “I have so many blades of grass in my yard, i have unlimited ice in my freezer” and my income grew at an insane rate.

I just want to say that I’m a huge fan as well so it definitely sucks having to wait and having a boring season.. but with that being said HOTD is based off a book and they are trying to stick to the book as much as possible so that is why this season didn’t have any action, they have to do it in sections like the book does.
