I do not like the pajama gate people for the things they’ve said to others- they got nasty to the online community soon as they were criticized. The price is expensive imo, and I think if they had been consistent about sending out the right sizes that people ordered and been kind about what to expect with their pajamas.
I’m sorry. But as a brand owner, shouldn’t you have seen that coming, Manny? It was your packaging choice that led people to think that way. Is it not possible for a brand owner to just say, “yeah, I made a mistake. But here’s why this product is still worth buying…” ? Maybe the learning experience could be for you? Love you, just a thought…
