I'm glad the "so called trash" Mero was the one who gave her the push there. I ALWAYS HAD FAITH IN HER LOL. And see, the mom wasn't so bad in the end. Bad parents in anime are cliche, but i believe the GREAT MAJORITY of parents love their child. Yes, some can be strict, but i'm sure 95% of the parents really do love their child more than what it looks like.
I'm a little disapointed that they're is no kiss, but hey, for me at least, all JELEE member are girls lovers.
- Kiui have Koharu and the two are definetly a thing with they're little interaction at the end
- Mei already loved "Nonotan" but seeing her reaction when Mero kissed her last time, yeah ^^' (but we love you akward Mei)
- Mahiru and Kano are a thing, even without the kiss, we can clearly see it during the show.
With the first trailer, I expected a series about coming of age and self-affirmation, that's what I got and much more. Really happy to have counted on this series from the first day.
And definitely, this season was the season of love for women and in music, whether it was here, Wisper me a love song or Girls Band Cry, and even in train if we got used to Train to the end of the world which seems to have a yuri subtext too, I'm delighted ^^.
Finally the overblown reactions hyping it up got cooled down to what it should have been all along. Just a good anime. I don't know why people go over board with their grading.
Imso glad that you love the show, because many people are dissapointed with the finale. Many people are mad because Mahiru and Kano didnt kiss or they didnt put any romance scene anymore, but the show inst classified as Yuri or Girls Love, so the show inst focused on that. Others are mad because the reconciliation fixed so fast and they closed the problems very soon, but it only have 12 episodes. Doga Kobo should have done more episodes, but they didnt, so we should focus of what we have, and for me is a masterpiece original/different anime. Lets hope Summer Season have more awesome shows like this, I will watch every reaction!
