My district has been getting Visions for a while now, really nice from a passenger point of view. Rode one on an all day trip down highways and it was a blast. Our 24s had some quality issues though, fuel door wouldn't close and a missing rivet on the bumper on one. Easy fixes but annoying! Very nice looking bus, hope this one treats you well! Love to see the growing variety
This was a stock unit, perhaps they’ll will be a factory order in a few years. We have several new units scheduled for delivery this year but all Thomas.
@@SwannBusHey it's me Joshua Oates I was wondering can you make a video of showing all of the Bus Numbers because if I start my School Transportation Business I might let you borrow a few of the buses. I thought about driving buses for you especially bus 554 and what about bus 299 because you said that once the contract is completed I can buy it from you but from my School Transportation Business you can rent the buses from us.
Nice. They moved the backup camera down to that screen? I had a 2021 that it was built into the student mirror..I think I liked it better up there (easier to see and a bigger screen).
I'm a school bus driver and I am not a huge fan of any conventional style buses, thank God in our state we drive 95% Transit style buses. but congrats to your new bus, but I'll keep my transit style thank you.
Grew up riding Blue Birds and Superior Coaches in the '70s - all IH with one GMC V-6 in the fleet. Later an occasional Thomas or Ward bus was sprinkled in, but the majority remained Blue Bird. All the buses were operated by private owners, the majority of them being business men in the community who could break away from their jobs to run the routes. Always looked forward to the start of the new school year and seeing the buses lined-up outside the school to see who acquired a new bus over the summer. This was back in the day when the bus driver could toss you off the bus for bad behavior, damaging the bus, etc. Ah, the good ol' days when you had to respect others and their property or pay the consequences! I recall the owner of the first diesel in the fleet (9.0-liter IH) had flames painted on the hood and a kick-ass stereo. His bus was a favorite for special events. The owner-operator arrangement lasted until the early 90s when the bus service was acquired by a private contractor. Always enjoy your videos - keep them coming!
Nice bus! I rode a 2024 Vision, also diesel (just yellow w/l surroundings and black w/l visors, which is an ugly ass spec) for summer school, and loved it (expect for the fact there were 50 other noisy ass kids trying to make the bus driver crash (at least it felt like that))
Good luck with that thing. Im not a fan of Visions, but I AM a fan of how you spec'd it! I'm a 100 percent IC guy. How many buses are you up to now? Did you purchase a new property or are you still at your home?
@@SwannBus the EFX I bought for $108,000 in 2018 is now selling for $165,000 new with the same specs. One contractor just gave over $210,000 for an Blue Bird Front Engine. It’s unreal nowadays, and the pay hasn’t kept up with it down here.
Very surprised to see you with a BB, Adam! It’s brand new, so it should be an efficient, reliable unit but, everything on these brand new BlueBirds seem so outdated. The driver’s area and cockpit on these things are atrocious. Poor ergonomics, antiquated design. The instrument panel looks like something out of the 90’s, if you remove the little info display. I’d love to hear your review of this unit, Adam! Thanks for sharing!👍🏻
I drove a 2017 Propane BBV for 4 years. Switched companies and i've been in an IC for 2 years, the ergonomics in the IC are far superior. I'm interested to see how the redesigned bus feels.
Interesting how reminiscent of Internationals the driver's area has become. The older model I was given this year is terrible. Driver ergonomics are awful. I had an International CE300 4 years and was quite happy with it. Now going to work seems like a chore.
I can tell you the one I have is absolutely awful. The driver compartment ergonomis are terrible. I don't know what they were thinking when it was designed.
That’s one of the best specced Visions I’ve ever seen!
my c2 is specced exactly the same way
thats the best vision i have ever seen
❤ finally you own a Blu bird
This the best vision I have ever seen and also I’m from the lower eastern shore of Maryland
🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Charles County has always been fancy with the chrome, especially with the CEs.
That's my District for ya! :)
Allways liked Bluebirds. Why on earth did they redesign the front and rear roof caps to look like an IC or old style Thomas pre C2'.
Can we get an update on how this bus is doing?! I’m interested to hear if it’s working out for you…
So nice to see this brand new 2024 Blue Bird Vision with a brand new look!
I love these birds
Cuanto vale el bus 2024 blue bird
My school got one last year, but it was the shorter wheelchair lift ones. We also got two All Americans.
So funny to see a school bus speedometer that goes up to 140mph!
I never thought I’d see the day…
These buses aren’t my favorite but this one looks sharp with Adam’s district specs.
I rode a gasoline 2024 vision in canada when i went to ctf and it is very powerful! We also have some diesel!
Will youy return to talking in your videos. I missed that unique part as you talked and gave us updates about the fleet and buses
Bus looking sharp!
Very nice vison with the crome rims 👍

@adamdyson8385 can we get a video of the HDX and EFX that you have?

Nice, excited to see our 2024 or 2025 Propane Visions soon. First time getting propane for us.
Looks good
I'm going to end up joining your company
You not selling of your buses are u
You chose chrome wheels over steel wheels? 😊
Absolutely, they weigh less and do not rust; better fuel economy and adds some curb appeal.
What happened to the old 49
Happy Labor Day, Adam
That’s what I’m talking about
I'm driving one.....Reno, Nevada
I might ride that bus when I get in middle school
Way you don't do more bus videos
Cummins b 6.7l
That's a nice looking bus
Nice!! Your fleet is sharp. Definitely surprised to see a BlueBird
Can you drive it?
My bus looks exactly like this one!
Very upset to see wind guard style stop arm on this! Wish for Full air
Me too!
Nice bus. You have any openings for drivers?

Did you order this bus or just get it off the lot? I’m not a Bluebird fan but this bus is very nice!
Very nicely spec'd unit as always!!
Would love to see some vids of the used buses you’ve picked up for the fleet
Hola q precio tiene este blue bird 2024
That must be a nice 2024 bbv. I'm NOT a ic bus fan. But I'm a fan of Visions .
Wow, I love this bus, do you remember me?
ITS OK BUT I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THE HOOD LOOKING LIKE A SPACE SHIP
I called the company and they said it’s a 2023 Not a 2024
We just retired all are birds

Doesn't it seem as though the upper warning lights are pulsed too slowly to provide adequate warning.
i see u wit pgc 95.5 😂😂

With today’s supply chain issues and the buses going up nearly 50% in the last 5 years, you take what you can get
You’re absolutely right!

Just rear air suspension

@@1940limitedRight! I can’t fit in them.
I don't like the new IC ce it leave a bad taste.
