I was still getting the error even after applying all five of your steps. I'm on an ASUS gaming laptop ROG Strix 17 intel Core i9. What finally worked was a missing step. In Windows Features you need to also uncheck "Windows Hypervisor Platform" Just scroll down near the bottom and uncheck it. This video did help tremendously and put me on the right track to a solution. So Thank You!!!
I hate commenting on RUclips because its such a hassle but for you I will make an exception because of your outstanding explanation and the fact that ONLY YOU managed to find a simple, effective solution to this issue. I have spent weeks looking on IT forums where everyone guesses, rinses and repeats the same useless solution and you are the only one gave a to the point solution. I.e. memory integration . Thank you so much! I can't believe just to get this working for my studies(Cisco CML) is such a hassle its ridiculous.
This is the best tutorial i found on this topic. I was struggling with this issue for long, and you help me get it fixed. Thanks a looot. Just for this, I will subscride, and i am surprised that you have so little people subscribbing to your channel
Thanks for your informational video😀. I wasted the whole day doing the workaround except disabling the core isolation memory integrity settings. This removed the error but still the KVM value was still in False mode .. With core isolation memory integrity in disabled state, issue was fixed and KVM value was also in True mode which is integral for nested virtualization.
Oh my God, you're a lifesaver! I've been trying to get this to work for 9 hours until I came across your video. I'm subscribing to your channel. Thank you soooooo much!
Bro your procedure is not working with my windows 11 pro over HP, Hyper v is disabled, device guard is disabled core isolation is disabled, virtual platform is disabled, also tried commands on power shell but after doing all, still nothing is working, I can not open EVE-ng, my processor support virtualization

Hello, did everything including the DMA and it still doesn't work. What are the KEY requirements for VMware Workstation 17.5.2 as even with Virtualbox I have the same problem.
Hey thanks for your video, it was very useful! I got the virtualization running, however, my WSL does not work anymore. I guess I'll have to switch between these two options if I have to use one over the other?
Hi, I'm getting this issue in azure vm, I have installed VMware workstation in azure vm and inside that I have the xen server installed . In the xen server I cannot create vm. I tried the above steps but it did not worked .
already follow all this step, but error still same. do u have other suggestion to fix the problem? anyway, I used Intel i5-1135G7 and already support for intel virtualization
After doing all the steps including from the comments, it still wasn't working for me. I UNCHEKED the processor "Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI, " which worked like a charm. Thank you for the amusing video

Make sure VBS is set to "Not enabled". To check that, hit win+R, write "msinfo32" and hit OK. At this point "System Information" will be opened and you can check the status of "Virtualizaion-based security". If it is enabled or running just open a cmd as admin and disable it with this command: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off. To revert instead of "off" put "auto"
Mallu aanalle!! Thanks for the info. After the MS update i started getting this issue. i am using home edition. Instead of hyperV it says Windows Hypervisor and i am using AMD with asus. The bios would say SVM for visualization. Rest of the steps are the same.
i fixed my problem. on the core isolation, you will have 'protection du microprogramme' dont know how to say this in english. you should desactivate this (just like you disactivate memory integrity'@@drplite

Thank you, that platform virtualisation was the issue
I love you man, thank you!! Turn off core isolation is the key!!
After completing the step do I have to turn on the memory integrity which is inside the core isolation back again,
I would say leave it as it is, you may encounter the same error if you enable it back, however, you may give it a try.
Thankyou so much, It worked.🤝

Sir,
I followed your steps carefully one by one, but still the issue doesn't resolved.
I have HP ZBook Firefly 14-inch G11 A (A19FYUA#ABA) with AMD Ryzen™ 9 8945HS CPU which do support the AMD-V but still i received the error "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is Not Supported on this Platform"
I tried the below for disabling the VBS & Device Guard:
- bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
- dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:microsoft-hyper-v-all
- Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-Hypervisor
- Disable the memory integrity
- Disable it using registry.
- Disable Virtualization Based BIOS Protection in BIOS settings
- Disable VBS via Local Group Policy
- Disable Windows Hypervisor Platform
- Disable Virtual Machine Platform
- Disable Microsoft Defender Application Guard
- Disable Hyper-V windows feature
- SVM check box in BIOS settings is greyed "enabled" and cannot even be disabled.
After all, above, still A hypervisor has been detected message is there in addition to "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is Not Supported on this Platform" in which the VMware ESXi or Proxmox cannot be run inside the VMware workstation 17.x.
Still, I don`t try the way of "Device Guard and Credential Guard hardware readiness tool" which stated for Win 10, as am having Windows 11 and I don't know will it works or not?
