ive often heard its possible to essentially manipulate certain occurance/reward options to appear, how would one go about that exactly (stuff like ruan mei occurance for example)
I know in Gng it is possible to manipulate things like that, but in DU i dont think so. In Gng you have a lot of space to move unlike DU, here you just gotta get lucky.
