Comparing our Coffeemakers - Both Very Good, but Very Different

When our old faithful just steamed all the water and stopped dripping coffee, we needed a replacement fast - especially because John was busy working and wouldn't get to diagnosing the problem for at least a month.
Now that he's fixed old faithful, we decided to compare their features - just in case you're in the market for a new coffeemaker. Do you like more bells and whistles? Then the Ninja may be for you. If you don't need anything but a good cup of coffee in the morning, the Hamilton Beach does the job.
Since prices can vary daily, think about the features you need vs like and comparison shop. When I was shopping for a replacement, the Hamilton Beach was almost the same price as the Ninja, which is why I gave it a try.
To be clear - I like them both, and I feel they were both worth their price points at the time I bought each of them. But I do a lot less thinking with the Hamilton Beach and still get a great cup of Joe, so that's why it's back to being our primary coffeemaker, and the Ninja is our backup.
