I would say from my vast experience, you are like 80% of recruiters who have left an agency or a corporate role to WFH and just enjoy the work and grind. Much different than my approach and building systems, processes and business to scale and sale or my career in a fortune 100 agency. Chris

What are some insight you can give me to begin? my biggest fair is how do i get those contracts, who do i reach out to? Also can you provide a list of the products you used to start?
I tried to set up my website several months ago but haven't started the business yet though I have already a permit. I don't know how many percent I would charge the employer and where to get a sample of contracts I need to use. Could you please help me.
Agreements are cotingent on country and industry so what I use won't necessarily work perfect for the UK. I would suggest UK based forums/groups and ask there!
