I have no relationship with him..because its been proven not safe for me and my kids...i wish i knew him before the drugs....but i just have to get over it for my kids..life is too short gotta make the best of what u got out of the scraps you were given...❤️

When it got so out of control, and his parents were still sweeping it under the rug is when Maci pulled Bentley away more. (She was very aware and taking steps to ensure safety the whole time) Before that she explained how important Ryan and Bentleys relationship is. Honestly Mackenzie is the one clout chasing. You can't tell me she didn't know Ryan was on HEROIN. My hubby is a recovering addict. It's pretty clear when he's using. Ill be called a bad mom for staying and letting my children have that relationship. Honestly you don't understand unless God forbid you're in that situation. Mackenzies face showed it all when Ryan was honest with the lawyer. 21 days is great, it's progress but by no means is 21 days going to be enough. Sobriety takes work. A LOT of work. 85% of heroin addicts relapse. The lawyer is nuts. Maci has the upper hand. All she is asking is for a drug test. Take the test Ryan why not?! If you are clean then you wouldn't have a problem. I highly doubt he spent 10000 a week on his own on heroin. Either there were more people getting high with him...or he was spending it on other things as well. So many secrets pushed back. The best thing to do is be honest.
I think Maci knew about his drug issues but didn't know the severity it had gotten to. I think she took comfort in knowing his family was always around and even though they're enablers and coddle Ryan they wouldn't allow him to put Bentleys life in danger. I think that video changed everything for her, seeing him that messed up,putting lives in danger and Makensey doing nothing about it except to try and hide the fact that he was fucked up and then how jen and Larry handled it,she lost trust. I think that is the reason she stopped the visitations but I honestly believe she would follow through with everything she said if he would just pass a drug test. The heroin "bombshell" was like, no shit. No one spends 10 grand a week on Xanax. I had a cousin who ODd on heroin, and I was with him 24/7 for about a month, one year before he died. I know he wasn't on H then because I would have known: the time gone, track marks, weird stuff he would have smoked, etc. Mackenzie's feigned ignorance is really irritating me. She would have had an idea. 10k a week is a lot of heroin, so he wasn't just doing it at his dealer's. he was bringing stuff home with him. I am so sad Catelynn bought the horse. I wonder what will happen to it in a year.
Aj Je I agree about cait to the fullest. She gets all of these poor animals and from what we have seen, never takes care of them. Yea I had friend who became addicted to drugs and when she was off the drugs she was weird for a looong time afterwards it took her over a year for her brain to return to somewhat normal.

I think that the only reason Maci let Bentley go to “Ryan’s” for the year that they suspected he was on drugs; was because he was at Ryan’s parents house for the most part. And Ryan was just simply around some. He didn’t really have anything to do with Bentley while he was there. But that was so that Jen & Crazy Larry could have time with him. Because from what I could tell, Bentley does enjoy spending time with them at least. Idk, I may be off there. Just my opinion.

If he was and felt like he drugs were going to get him again then go back to treatment. He didn't even stay the full time. Arya 16 I thought this too. She’s very different this season and I think that’s down to not being around her mum so much now. Her dad has such a calm voice, much like my own dad. Her stepmom seems lovely too. I cringed when I saw Debra with her horrible hair extensions and pink hat. She can barely talk or move her face with all that Botox. It doesn’t change whether she’s crying or smiling, it’s frozen.
I think Maci didn't push harder for Ryan to take the tests because Ryan wasn't the one seeing his son, it was Jen and Larry. Now that it is Ryan asking, she wants to make sure her child is safe. Also, Larry mentions that Ryan was in rehab for 30 days, wasn't it only 21? This whole situation could get more interesting.

As a recovering addict myself I can tell that Ryan isn't in his right mind it takes two years for your brain to be completely fixed sometimes more depending on amount of drug abuse he could just be mentally gone but I don't like the way he attacked maci like she did anything wrong she's been more then willing to give him time with Bentley but he spends an hour or so leaves or goes to sleep. I definitely feel maci needs to file for full custody and a supervised visitation upon drug test so that they know what he's filling Bentleys head with. Ryan and his family seem very toxic

I recently saw an old episode and Ryan told a friend that he would not attent Bentley's first day of first grade 'because is was just another first day in another grade'. So now all of the sudden Maci has to drop everything and let him see the son that he neglected his whole life?

Tyler kept going on about being a social worker and I was rooting for him all the way but he dropped out. I can’t remember what Cate was going to college for but she dropped out too. I really hope Ryan sees Mack for who she is. They are dumb as rocks if they think a lawyer and judge would let him get more time. I caught the shade by the horse borders! It's a shame Farrah is becoming likeable now that she's leaving soon. I'm not sure what skeletons are in her family's closet but her parents did some real damage to her.
I can imagine Bentley looking back at these episodes and being disappointed with his father. But at the same time, Ryan is showing his son what a man SHOULD NOT be. Hopefully, Bentley thinks of this as a life lesson, to not go down the same road.
For those who think Ryan was still high during the episode, he wasn't necessarily on heroin, but probably suboxone or methodone. You can't just quit heroin cold turkey, the withdrawal makes you super sick and it can even cause death. So even in detox clinics/ rehab they give doses of the medication to help with the withdrawal. That's probably why Ryan doesn't want to take a drug test because the opioids would still be in his system. If I were Maci I would give him supervised visitation with Bentley and that's it. Until Ryan is able to be completely off any opioids and pass a drug screening. The sad part is the people who support Ryan are actually just enabling him, the only person who can help an addict is themselves. I just think his wife and family are really ignorant when it comes to drug abuse, especially heroin, because it's a completely different ball game then other drugs.
Not that I'm on Ryan's side by any chance. I just wanted the general public to know that when an addict is quitting heroin they have to take synthetic heroin (opioids) in order to combat the withdrawal symptoms. I still would not trust him watching my child alone, considering he still is technically high. And don't even get me started on how they blame Maci for all of this.. SMH. For someone who has dealt with drug abuse in their family, I can sure as hell say that Ryan's family is not handling this in a correct way. It's nobody's fault but the addict and the addict alone.

I'm just don't entirely agree with you about the visitation part because I'm not certain that Ryan is completely sober. I also wholeheartedly believe that he should be in some type of outpatient treatment like a sober living house/facility. He also NEEDS a sponsor and to go to Narcotics Anonymous or NA meetings. That should be his primary focus for the next six months, not Bentley, a custody/visitation case or co-parenting with Maci. He just needs to get well first and 21 days ain't going to cut it. He need more--at least six months worth--and he has to take his recovery seriously. I think that's part of the problem though. He doesn't take anything seriously. If Ryan goes to a sober living house or gets outpatient treatment and a sponsor, I see no reason why Maci and Bentley can't stop by and visit. I doubt that that's what he truly wants though but that's what he truly needs. He probably figures: I was winging this fatherhood thing for quite some time while I was on drugs so Bentley would be just fine with unsupervised visitations with just me and MacKenzie while I'm off Heroin and on Suboxone. I disagree. If he's on Suboxone and a benzodiazepine, like Klonopin (although some doctors don't agree on prescribing them simultaneously, some do), he shouldn't be driving around town with Bentley in the car. I think Ryan is just being selfish and unreasonable and a bit wreckless too, as addicts often are. Over six months ago, his ex, Dalis Connell, reportedly said: “We admitted him to outpatient rehab in December 2012. He was taking Roxycodone… He relapsed. He wasn’t interested in rehab. We had to drag him there the first time. He never said he wanted to get better, he just wanted the withdrawals to stop.” Her statement made me wonder if that's the reason why he left the previous rehab center early and if he wanted to use the medically-assisted treatment (MAT), Suboxone, as a substitute for treatment as opposed to an adjunct. And since his current wife gave him an ultimatum, I don't entirely believe that he's doing this for himself and he has to! And what rehab doesn't have family counseling or therapy sessions? His entire immediate family should be in family counseling with him. His mom & dad should also attend Al-Anon meetings because they DEFINITELY enable him, ESPECIALLY, his MOTHER. I mean, how many times has she given him gas money??? Ryan is nearly 30 years old! If she keeps doing that or thinks that a simple conversation is going to save her son, he could end up in an early grave! And that would be terribly tragic. I think it would help if Maci went to these meetings too. I also think that Maci would've felt a million times better if Ryan gave her an opportunity to speak to his addiction specialist or psychiatrist and to get his/her professional opinion. If Ryan did just that, Maci would've known what stage of treatment he was in, what stage he completed, if he/she recommended additional treatment, and whether or not it was safe for Ryan to have supervised or unsupervised visitations with his son during that particular stage of his recovery. By Ryan keeping her in the dark about these matters, he's only hurting himself and his son. And I'm sure his wife isn't making things better for either one of them! She's bad news. Then again, every girl he ever dated got involved in his custody/visitation agreement/disputes and it was none of their d*mn business! Btw, sorry to learn that you had an addict in the fam as well. I can definitely relate & empathize. IT CAN BE SO EXTRAORDINARILY PAINFUL! But we can definitely help to break the cycle so it doesn't effect or impact our children, you know! 😉 I hope your family member got the help they needed & found the strength to get clean & sober! Fortunately, mine did but there were several bumps in the road & relapses along the way.
100% in agreement. Although, I only meant supervised visitation with Jen and Larry since they somewhat have an understanding of how serious the situation is. Not fully though, LOL. Like I said, I almost feel bad because of how ignorant they all are to drug abuse (mainly heroine). Ryan DEF needs a sponsee and some sort of outpatient help. Unfortunately the only way his family will learn is if he relates again, which is a very strong possibility. Some addicts go to an in patient rehab facility for over a year and STILL have problems staying sober. I'm glad someone else is able to relate to the situation and I agree with EVERYTHING you said. She's doing it now because it's official, Ryan is on drugs. She also felt Bentley was safe before because he was never alone with his dad. Now that he's married and living in the house that was his grandparent's house, Bentley will be alone with his dad and MacKenzie.I'm not saying that it's okay, I'm just summizing how Maci is looking at this.

actually most of the physical symptoms of heroin withdrawal are over in about 7 days and that's the easy part. the psychological part of withdrawal lasts much longer. it can last for up to 2 years and it'd called paws (post acute withdrawal syndrome/symptoms) those symptoms include memory loss/problems, clumsiness, severe depression,anxiety etc.

Now I understand why Larry was so mad at Ryan that he threw him out, but what I didn't understand is why would he and Jenn (Jenn enables everything Ryan does) would let it go on for so long. I understand that Jen and Larry were the ones primarily watching Bentley as evident by the show, Maci, Jen and Larry, and Bentley, but why not make him get help sooner, especially since they had to all but make him do everything else.
He is absolutely back on heroin. He skipped out of rehab early, had no after-care program set up and ended up back on drugs. Did you see his pupils? They were dilated again as big as saucers. Everyone around him better wake-up or they will enable him to his grave.

I can't STAND his entitled attitude. Dude, you've been on drugs for years, how in the hell do you walk around acting like you deserve to see Bentley when you haven't been there and haven't even been safe to be around. Him and Mackenzie make me furious ! Maci has done everything. Amber is annoying, she isn't a good mother. Farrah has definitely been making a lot of improvements from her therapy. I honestly think her mother is her biggest trigger, and cutting her mom out of her life has probably helped her maintain her angry. While she isn't my favorite, I give her props for working on herself and doing better for her child

Grace, I think that Macy tries to push Rhines' parents - to take action and force their son to become sober. Here in Germany, it is called 'Co-addicted'. Jen and Larry stand by Rhines' side, give him a home, feed him, wash his clothes and so on -and although they knew pretty well, they haven't done anything for to force him to take action, they are co-addicted. They are the only ones who could force him -and they have got to do this for to see Bentley. That is the only way to save Bentleys father. And that is very clever, I think.

I didn't hear any of his family say he is ALL healed now. I did here them say when he was in rehab they were happy cuz they knew he was safe or something like that and I've also hear them or mac say that Ryans counselor told her that relapse is a part of recovery. I'm guessing they don't think 21 days is enough time for that bad of an addiction just like the rest of us but they probably realize that Ryan is a grown ass man and they can't keep him in there unless he chooses to stay or gets court ordered to be in treatment for a certain amount of days. they should really stop enabling him...he have a better chance at recovery if he had more consequences at least maci is giving him consequences

Even last season she was talking about bentley spending more time at ryans and less with the grandparents. Dont get me wrong, i am in complete agreement with what she is doing now! I think Maci is 100% RIGHT in now allowing Ryan to see Bentley until and unless a drug test is taken and passed. If Ryan could less about himself and putting himself at risk of death by overdose and other things, I doubt he could care about hurting someone else...even though, I do believe that he does love Bentley...but let's be real, Ryan treated Maci and Bentley like crap in his first months of life...like it was appalling at how much he just didn't care. Secondly, I am honestly happy with how Amber is doing lately. Yes, she has her issues and her biggest one being tied down to a manipulative and condescending old man who wants to steal and dictate her every move. That's despicable and I hate it. I just don't understand why she waited so long to free herself from him. I hope that she continues to move on and just do her and take care of Leah who is crying out for her mom... Like what the heck and is this even real? If so, I feel for this woman. As far as Caitlyn and Tyler go, Kudos to them for seeing their Tierrra Reign project to completion. Yes, it got off on a rocky start but that were prompt in addressing the issue... However, sometimes I feel like they neglect Nova a little bit. I mean they were so mean to her in the scene where she is doing the packaging... I get that you want your product to look professional and to be packaged well, but ignoring your daughter isn't right... Am I the only one who feels a little neglect from them? Finally, Farrah! I agree it is nice that she is finally showing some humility in life. But, again, it's another episode of her crying. I get, she is happy to finally have a family and I am so happy for her. But, again, it's just annoying hearing her every weak. I find it funny that she puts up a facade of being so strong and independent when really it is extremely obvious that she is actually very broken. And not justifying her sex tape or other lifestyle choices she has made but she has clearly done all of that to take the lime light off of her real issues and to sugar coat her broken life... I pray that she finds help and is able to heal... and I believe it is quite fantastic that she has decided to maintain the broken ties between for her Debra. Although, I do feel that Farrah needs to also learn to take responsibility for actions and past mistakes involving her mom, as well. After all, in order for her to grow, heal, and thrive she has to first learn to let go. Letting go requires confronting ALL of the issues and becoming honest with oneself and others around you. Just my thoughts on all of this... I do think this season has been an interesting one thus far and it'll be interesting to see how the show progresses throughout the remainder of this season.

I. Think there is one person who can claim ignorance or at least that they didn’t know the extent of the problem and that is maci. I think she knew there was a problem but I would bet that Jen and Larry and even Ryan would downplay it and make it seem that to wasn’t as big of an issue as it was. I think Maci will always have love for Ryan to some extent because he is the father of her child, and maybe she let Bentley go with Ryan before she blew the whistle on his drugs because she knew it was bad but maybe didn’t know exactly how bad. She has been cut out of the loop after all. Since learning the extend of his drug problem she has done everything perfectly in my opinion. I think now would be the time for her to officially get full custody of Bentley and offer Ryan visitation but make it supervised at first. Also Bentley is asking to go see Jen and Larry not Ryan. Bentley missed his grandparents not his father.

Grace, from someone who has had a family member with issues with heroin addiction, rehab facilities usually prescribe Suboxone to their patients to help them wean them off slowly and safely. That could be the cause of Ryan being “out of it” still.

Just watched the episode and I could absolutely tell Ryan was either still on drugs or relapsed a couple times. He didn't respond to Maci about taking drug tests to see his son, who he is going to COURT for but won't take a simple drug test?, and he looked scared poopless talking to a lawyer about Bentley and passing drug tests. I hope that he straightens himself up, stands up to his wife, and does everything possible to see his son. It hurts my heart knowing that Bentley has to be a victim to all of this.

I highly doubt he spent 10000 a week on his own on heroin. Either there were more people getting high with him...or he was spending it on other things as well.

I think that video changed everything for her, seeing him that messed up,putting lives in danger and Makensey doing nothing about it except to try and hide the fact that he was fucked up and then how jen and Larry handled it,she lost trust.

I had a cousin who ODd on heroin, and I was with him 24/7 for about a month, one year before he died. I know he wasn't on H then because I would have known: the time gone, track marks, weird stuff he would have smoked, etc. Mackenzie's feigned ignorance is really irritating me. She would have had an idea. 10k a week is a lot of heroin, so he wasn't just doing it at his dealer's. he was bringing stuff home with him.

Yea I had friend who became addicted to drugs and when she was off the drugs she was weird for a looong time afterwards it took her over a year for her brain to return to somewhat normal.

Ryan wants Maci. Period. No doubt about it. He has no connection to Mackenzie. Amber is a horrible mother. Motherhood isn't for everyone. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to have kids. Just move on, Amber, and let Gary raise Leah with love and affection. Set up visitation for holidays or vacations when Amber can give her 100% attention. Just the two of them.

And Ryan was just simply around some. He didn’t really have anything to do with Bentley while he was there. But that was so that Jen & Crazy Larry could have time with him. Because from what I could tell, Bentley does enjoy spending time with them at least. Idk, I may be off there. Just my opinion.

Arya 16 I thought this too. She’s very different this season and I think that’s down to not being around her mum so much now. Her dad has such a calm voice, much like my own dad. Her stepmom seems lovely too. I cringed when I saw Debra with her horrible hair extensions and pink hat. She can barely talk or move her face with all that Botox. It doesn’t change whether she’s crying or smiling, it’s frozen.
I think Maci didn't push harder for Ryan to take the tests because Ryan wasn't the one seeing his son, it was Jen and Larry. Now that it is Ryan asking, she wants to make sure her child is safe. Also, Larry mentions that Ryan was in rehab for 30 days, wasn't it only 21? This whole situation could get more interesting.

As a recovering addict myself I can tell that Ryan isn't in his right mind it takes two years for your brain to be completely fixed sometimes more depending on amount of drug abuse he could just be mentally gone but I don't like the way he attacked maci like she did anything wrong she's been more then willing to give him time with Bentley but he spends an hour or so leaves or goes to sleep. I definitely feel maci needs to file for full custody and a supervised visitation upon drug test so that they know what he's filling Bentleys head with. Ryan and his family seem very toxic

I cringed when he said he was a big reality star. 🙈
I really hope Ryan sees Mack for who she is. They are dumb as rocks if they think a lawyer and judge would let him get more time. I caught the shade by the horse borders! It's a shame Farrah is becoming likeable now that she's leaving soon. I'm not sure what skeletons are in her family's closet but her parents did some real damage to her.

I can imagine Bentley looking back at these episodes and being disappointed with his father. But at the same time, Ryan is showing his son what a man SHOULD NOT be. Hopefully, Bentley thinks of this as a life lesson, to not go down the same road.
He is a great kid and has a great example for a father in Taylor.
For those who think Ryan was still high during the episode, he wasn't necessarily on heroin, but probably suboxone or methodone. You can't just quit heroin cold turkey, the withdrawal makes you super sick and it can even cause death. So even in detox clinics/ rehab they give doses of the medication to help with the withdrawal. That's probably why Ryan doesn't want to take a drug test because the opioids would still be in his system. If I were Maci I would give him supervised visitation with Bentley and that's it. Until Ryan is able to be completely off any opioids and pass a drug screening. The sad part is the people who support Ryan are actually just enabling him, the only person who can help an addict is themselves. I just think his wife and family are really ignorant when it comes to drug abuse, especially heroin, because it's a completely different ball game then other drugs.
Not that I'm on Ryan's side by any chance. I just wanted the general public to know that when an addict is quitting heroin they have to take synthetic heroin (opioids) in order to combat the withdrawal symptoms. I still would not trust him watching my child alone, considering he still is technically high. And don't even get me started on how they blame Maci for all of this.. SMH. For someone who has dealt with drug abuse in their family, I can sure as hell say that Ryan's family is not handling this in a correct way. It's nobody's fault but the addict and the addict alone.

I'm just don't entirely agree with you about the visitation part because I'm not certain that Ryan is completely sober. I also wholeheartedly believe that he should be in some type of outpatient treatment like a sober living house/facility. He also NEEDS a sponsor and to go to Narcotics Anonymous or NA meetings. That should be his primary focus for the next six months, not Bentley, a custody/visitation case or co-parenting with Maci. He just needs to get well first and 21 days ain't going to cut it. He need more--at least six months worth--and he has to take his recovery seriously. I think that's part of the problem though. He doesn't take anything seriously.
If Ryan goes to a sober living house or gets outpatient treatment and a sponsor, I see no reason why Maci and Bentley can't stop by and visit. I doubt that that's what he truly wants though but that's what he truly needs. He probably figures: I was winging this fatherhood thing for quite some time while I was on drugs so Bentley would be just fine with unsupervised visitations with just me and MacKenzie while I'm off Heroin and on Suboxone. I disagree. If he's on Suboxone and a benzodiazepine, like Klonopin (although some doctors don't agree on prescribing them simultaneously, some do), he shouldn't be driving around town with Bentley in the car. I think Ryan is just being selfish and unreasonable and a bit wreckless too, as addicts often are.
Over six months ago, his ex, Dalis Connell, reportedly said: “We admitted him to outpatient rehab in December 2012. He was taking Roxycodone… He relapsed. He wasn’t interested in rehab. We had to drag him there the first time. He never said he wanted to get better, he just wanted the withdrawals to stop.” Her statement made me wonder if that's the reason why he left the previous rehab center early and if he wanted to use the medically-assisted treatment (MAT), Suboxone, as a substitute for treatment as opposed to an adjunct. And since his current wife gave him an ultimatum, I don't entirely believe that he's doing this for himself and he has to! And what rehab doesn't have family counseling or therapy sessions? His entire immediate family should be in family counseling with him. His mom & dad should also attend Al-Anon meetings because they DEFINITELY enable him, ESPECIALLY, his MOTHER. I mean, how many times has she given him gas money??? Ryan is nearly 30 years old! If she keeps doing that or thinks that a simple conversation is going to save her son, he could end up in an early grave! And that would be terribly tragic. I think it would help if Maci went to these meetings too. I also think that Maci would've felt a million times better if Ryan gave her an opportunity to speak to his addiction specialist or psychiatrist and to get his/her professional opinion. If Ryan did just that, Maci would've known what stage of treatment he was in, what stage he completed, if he/she recommended additional treatment, and whether or not it was safe for Ryan to have supervised or unsupervised visitations with his son during that particular stage of his recovery. By Ryan keeping her in the dark about these matters, he's only hurting himself and his son. And I'm sure his wife isn't making things better for either one of them! She's bad news. Then again, every girl he ever dated got involved in his custody/visitation agreement/disputes and it was none of their d*mn business!
Btw, sorry to learn that you had an addict in the fam as well. I can definitely relate & empathize. IT CAN BE SO EXTRAORDINARILY PAINFUL! But we can definitely help to break the cycle so it doesn't effect or impact our children, you know! 😉 I hope your family member got the help they needed & found the strength to get clean & sober! Fortunately, mine did but there were several bumps in the road & relapses along the way.
100% in agreement. Although, I only meant supervised visitation with Jen and Larry since they somewhat have an understanding of how serious the situation is. Not fully though, LOL. Like I said, I almost feel bad because of how ignorant they all are to drug abuse (mainly heroine). Ryan DEF needs a sponsee and some sort of outpatient help. Unfortunately the only way his family will learn is if he relates again, which is a very strong possibility. Some addicts go to an in patient rehab facility for over a year and STILL have problems staying sober. I'm glad someone else is able to relate to the situation and I agree with EVERYTHING you said. I hope your situation with drug abuse in your family stays in a positive place. My story ended, unfortunately, very sadly. But I'm glad someone else understand where I'm coming from. actually most of the physical symptoms of heroin withdrawal are over in about 7 days and that's the easy part. the psychological part of withdrawal lasts much longer. it can last for up to 2 years and it'd called paws (post acute withdrawal syndrome/symptoms) those symptoms include memory loss/problems, clumsiness, severe depression,anxiety etc.

Now I understand why Larry was so mad at Ryan that he threw him out, but what I didn't understand is why would he and Jenn (Jenn enables everything Ryan does) would let it go on for so long. I understand that Jen and Larry were the ones primarily watching Bentley as evident by the show, Maci, Jen and Larry, and Bentley, but why not make him get help sooner, especially since they had to all but make him do everything else.
You can't go to rehab for 21days and then be clean from heroin. That's just not how it works.
He is absolutely back on heroin. He skipped out of rehab early, had no after-care program set up and ended up back on drugs. Did you see his pupils? They were dilated again as big as saucers. Everyone around him better wake-up or they will enable him to his grave.

Grace, I think that Macy tries to push Rhines' parents - to take action and force their son to become sober. Here in Germany, it is called 'Co-addicted'. Jen and Larry stand by Rhines' side, give him a home, feed him, wash his clothes and so on -and although they knew pretty well, they haven't done anything for to force him to take action, they are co-addicted. They are the only ones who could force him -and they have got to do this for to see Bentley. That is the only way to save Bentleys father. And that is very clever, I think.

I didn't hear any of his family say he is ALL healed now. I think Maci is 100% RIGHT in now allowing Ryan to see Bentley until and unless a drug test is taken and passed. If Ryan could less about himself and putting himself at risk of death by overdose and other things, I doubt he could care about hurting someone else...even though, I do believe that he does love Bentley...but let's be real, Ryan treated Maci and Bentley like crap in his first months of life...like it was appalling at how much he just didn't care.
Secondly, I am honestly happy with how Amber is doing lately. Yes, she has her issues and her biggest one being tied down to a manipulative and condescending old man who wants to steal and dictate her every move. That's despicable and I hate it. As far as Caitlyn and Tyler go, Kudos to them for seeing their Tierrra Reign project to completion. Yes, it got off on a rocky start but that were prompt in addressing the issue... However, sometimes I feel like they neglect Nova a little bit. I mean they were so mean to her in the scene where she is doing the packaging... I get that you want your product to look professional and to be packaged well, but ignoring your daughter isn't right... Am I the only one who feels a little neglect from them?
Finally, Farrah! I agree it is nice that she is finally showing some humility in life. But, again, it's another episode of her crying. I get, she is happy to finally have a family and I am so happy for her. But, again, it's just annoying hearing her every weak. I find it funny that she puts up a facade of being so strong and independent when really it is extremely obvious that she is actually very broken. And not justifying her sex tape or other lifestyle choices she has made but she has clearly done all of that to take the lime light off of her real issues and to sugar coat her broken life... I pray that she finds help and is able to heal... and I believe it is quite fantastic that she has decided to maintain the broken ties between for her Debra. Although, I do feel that Farrah needs to also learn to take responsibility for actions and past mistakes involving her mom, as well. After all, in order for her to grow, heal, and thrive she has to first learn to let go. Letting go requires confronting ALL of the issues and becoming honest with oneself and others around you.
Just my thoughts on all of this... I do think this season has been an interesting one thus far and it'll be interesting to see how the show progresses throughout the remainder of this season.

I. Think there is one person who can claim ignorance or at least that they didn’t know the extent of the problem and that is maci. I think she knew there was a problem but I would bet that Jen and Larry and even Ryan would downplay it and make it seem that to wasn’t as big of an issue as it was.
I think Maci will always have love for Ryan to some extent because he is the father of her child, and maybe she let Bentley go with Ryan before she blew the whistle on his drugs because she knew it was bad but maybe didn’t know exactly how bad. She has been cut out of the loop after all.
Since learning the extend of his drug problem she has done everything perfectly in my opinion. I think now would be the time for her to officially get full custody of Bentley and offer Ryan visitation but make it supervised at first.
Also Bentley is asking to go see Jen and Larry not Ryan. Bentley missed his grandparents not his father.

Grace, from someone who has had a family member with issues with heroin addiction, rehab facilities usually prescribe Suboxone to their patients to help them wean them off slowly and safely. That could be the cause of Ryan being “out of it” still.

Just watched the episode and I could absolutely tell Ryan was either still on drugs or relapsed a couple times. He didn't respond to Maci about taking drug tests to see his son, who he is going to COURT for but won't take a simple drug test?, and he looked scared poopless talking to a lawyer about Bentley and passing drug tests. I hope that he straightens himself up, stands up to his wife, and does everything possible to see his son. It hurts my heart knowing that Bentley has to be a victim to all of this.
