Ryan and Mackenzie aren't just on different pages they are in different books. She wants kids, he wants a dog. She didn't know he was on drugs until "after" they were married. But she unplugged the camera and asked if he was on a Xanax on the way to their wedding. They must not sleep in the same bed at night, because that would surely give them enough time to rehearse their lines.

I honestly used to hate Gary because i thought his mom did most of the care giving at first but it's pretty sad when he turns out to be one of the better examples on the show bar none! it took years but he's won my vote of confidence. i love his little farm.

Miss Sims I thought I was the only one that remembered that so I never bring it up. But yeah,I'll never forget that episode and it's clearly indicative of Amber's lack of the motherly instinct to protect. She had that boy around Leah as SOON as her and Gary broke up.

Andrew's eyes in a few episodes give me psycopath vibes! The little squint at amber while she's talking about pregnancy symptoms. Plus the drinking?! Amber had probs with substances and alcohol. NO alcohol! Ryan No alcohol! Wish MTV would educate more on this!! Watching old episodes of Amber was scary and extremely abusive towards gary AND leah. She lashes out here and there reminidng us that she still is the same person, then and now.

Generally, I think he sucks at getting the dirt during the reunion. Grace would do a much better job, she calls out the cast out on their BS here on her channel and she would do so as host of the reunion.

This episode was crazy! I just get sick when Amber is on. I used to root for her bc I thought she wanted to be a mom; but it is blatantly obvious that she does not! I feel so bad for poor Leah. She is such a wonderful kid!! I’m so glad she’s got a good dad (even though it’s Gary lol kidding kidding) & a seemingly great step-mom. The scenes with Mack sickens me as well I just can’t with her. She’s such an immature little witch!! The wedding invitation flew all over me, I was so mad!! I also hate that every time Jen is around & they start talking badly of Maci, she is always visibly upset. It’s as if she wants to stick up for Maci but she’s not allowed to bc she probably knows what kind of hell she would catch from Ryan. Ugh, I could go on & on & on!

I feel so horrible for Leah. 30 years ago, I was her with a mother who could only find her way to make an effort to see us if she was in a relationship with some man who was saving her in that moment. Luckily she has Gary who is way more stable that Amber. The worst part is until Amber and this next guy breakup, Leah will play second fiddle to the baby. I feel like that baby is going to end up with Gary, Kristina, Leah and the other children because Amber cannot take care of herself much less a child. I think Gary and Kristina will see the baby and Leah's sibling and end up with custody when Amber ends up in trouble again.
I’m surprised Grace didn’t say anything about Jen saying that Ryan needs a “do-over” with a kid. Really?! Think it, whatever. Saying that ON TV where your grandson may see it one day???

I was speechless when Ryan's entire family accompanied and supported him in a trip to Vegas just weeks after his 21 day miracle addiction cure get away!! ! I think the penny has finally dropped with Jen as far as Mackenzie goes, that was probably the only positive thing to come out of an irresponsible, poorly timed break. I'm surprised Tyler is as laid back as he is with Caitlyn she's let him down now with countless things she's promised him, she's not the wife he was expecting her to be and if he was honest with himself or the Mom he'd thought she'd be. I'd personally be frustrated by now she really needs to get a grip of herself. I appreciate she has her demons but her lifestyle isn't a jam packed stressful existence, she hasn't exactly got it tough. She does things as and when she wants and definitely doesn't pull her weight around the home. Ryan's sober now he isn't into his wife that's the cold hard truth he doesn't want a child with her now or ever, they hardly look like a couple deeply in love, counting down to the days to celebrate their love and union! Poor Leah's about to have an even more confusing and disappointing time with her Mom, I can already hear Amber really selling the whole new sibling thing to her as the best thing ever. At this age your Mom is so important it's going to raise so many insecurities in Leah as to why her Mom can raise a new baby but can't spend a hour with her after school once a week for almost a month. She'll be making all the usual promises that never amount to anything, attempting to buy Leah's affections with expensive gifts she has no interest in, while telling anyone that will listen how much Leah loves her, when in reality it's evident Leah's beginning to adopt a take it or leave it kind of attitude towards her Mom. Christina's never been a favorite of mine but she does right by the children in all instances and Gary has done a much better job independently than I ever expected him of being capable of doing. In the beginning his motives were questionable but now I believe he does everything he does for the right reasons. My issue with Gary and Christina is it's always been blatantly obvious that Christina was his second choice, the consolation prize in his eyes, the fact that someone would believe that to be true would come as no surprise to her either because she knows as much, because she accepted that and never wanted more for herself I've always found sad but if it works for them that's their business, it's just not the impression I'd want to be sending out to my daughters.

Ryan is on methadone to wean himself off Heroin while not having to go through the painful sickness of withdrawals. Methadone is safer than going through withdrawals . It takes time for someone to get to a therapeutic dose.

The weird thing with amber... and caitlyn... and jenelle is that they claim to be overrun with anxiety, yet they seem like they are the most at ease at these mtv award shows in front of these HUGE audiences. I mean, there were easily over 1000 screaming fans, thins of photographers and cameras everywhere. With amber she's too depressed to see her daughter but she's fine in that public of a setting. I would think that someone with crippling anxiety wouldn't want to be at one of those award shows.
