Got the 2024 sport back in October and I love it. i drive about 100 miles round trip for work and the mileage is great. only about 20-25 bucks to fill it up depending on how low you let it go, and gas prices where you are. with the car saying i had 57 miles left i filled up for $26. the mpg is usually around 30-32 and that’s mixed between driving on the highway and in the city to and from work. i’ve had no complaints so far
Is the gauge off? I get the low fuel with 2 bars. When I went to fill up one time (I tried to see how much gas it really takes because it seems like it’s hoarding a gallon or two) I was at one bar and dash saying I had 17 miles left. When I filled up I only put in 10 gallons. It’s a 12.4 gallon tank. Is this normal?
@@natas12rm to be quiet honest i’m not entirely sure. around the 2 bar mark is also when i fill up and i almost never look at the gallons i pumped. just the price 😅 ill try to keep an eye out next time i fill up and hopefully be of more help
According to Honda's official website the 2023 Hatchback Civic the LX is already available for MY23 not new for MY24. I believe Honda added the LX trims on a few vehicles halfway into the MY23 lifecycle. The Civic Sedan, hatch, CRV, Pilot didn't launch with LX models for 23.
I like this car. I'm looking at a Sport trim with the CVT in Rallye red. I just wish it had the full digital dash cluster that includes a temperature gauge instead of an idiot light.
If you can swing it get the sport touring. Keep in mind you pay APX $200 a month for each 10k borrowed with a average interest rate. Also your payment drops $20 for every $1000 you put down. If you buy $30.000 add 4-5k for T T &L . 5k down you are looking at $600 a month.
I recently bought a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Touring. It’s my first Honda and it’s the best car I’ve ever had. I love it! My only complaint is it is very low and a little hard to get out of. My bf is 6ft3 and while he fits hit head is almost touching the top so if you’re tall I probably wouldn’t recommend this.
I really would love to know what you think of the sport touring. I heard the hatchbacks have a bigger sway bar and stiffer rear suspension for cargo and sport handling. I would also like your opinion on a sport touring compared to the Integra aspec with tech. CVT no LSD. I say the Civic is a better but at that point.
Sure it does at least in the US. It's the S setting on the gear shifter. It keeps the revs up higher and makes the pedal more sensitive. No paddle shifters though
@@natas12rm that's right there are no paddle shifters on the EXL and it doesn't have that separate mode switch either only a button for econ. Sport mode is on the main shift lever next to D. So the sport mode on the EXL is essentially the same as the sport mode on the sport or touring if you never used the paddle shifters, IE it just makes the throttle more sensitive and keeps the RPMs higher
I spent many many years driving manuals. If you're used to that, paddle shifters just don't cut it. I bit the bullet and decided to go auto with this car. I tried the paddles in the ST auto and was underwhelmed. Also drove the mt ST, but too much rev hang for me. Ah well must be getting old....

Hi, do you have some feedback about 1.5T version? any issue ? like oil dilution? I don't know the guy at honda says it was fixed since last generation, but users feedback is important for me
Probably already found it, but I had overlooked this too at first. For MT base model civic it will only come in the hatchback sport model. It’s on Honda’s website. Otherwise you’ll need an SI or type R model. They appear to be extremely rare. I managed to find one that had just rolled off the truck within 300 miles of Denver.

Okay! LX trim is back which is pretty lame. Good for people wanting a new small cheap sedan. All Civics' have loud cabin noise but the Civic Touring is roughly 5 to 8 decibels quieter. Hatchback, the wiper arm has to go as with most vehicles, it is one of the first thing that malfunction, breaks off, falls apart, and rusts also not even pretty to look at. Guess most people will drive through a mud hole so they can clear part of the rear window and have spots on their car. It would have been funtastic if Honda placed a manual transmission in the Civic Touring sedan.
just sold my 23 sport agean blue back to honda, road noise, interior rattles were ridiculous in this car, ive only owned Lexus and acuras before this civic and its a shame 10-15 year old cars ride better than these cars, the touring trim is slightly mor bearable but still trash for the price.
