I ran my first marathon last month in 3:35 on the watch 3:38 official which I wasn’t thrilled with time wise but I was very happy to have finished. I think I really struggle with structure in my runs as in knowing what workouts to do what days. Spending a lot of days starting my run with one type of thing in mind and changing it mid run. This helped me add a little structure. Also I like the explanation for what days to lift on as I like to lift 3-4 days a week as well.
