I must say I can relate to Grace’s attitude towards work and determination. Seeing her success gives me hope for my future. I was recently made redundant after, just like her, having expressed that for the business to grow at the pace the founders wanted we’ll need more in-house resources. I was working 10h a day and even at the weekend sometimes, spreading myself thin.
Goes to show what an incredible leader Steven is for doing what common sense would suggest i.e., allowing her to grow the team. ❤
