Also- side note, Thankyou so much for showing us how you switch from having a little moan to gratitude! Sometimes I get so stuck in my own head I would stay in the moaning because I wouldn’t feel genuine to then go into gratitude. BUT watching your switch and seeing it uplift you I will definitely give it a go!
Law 9- always prioritise your first foundation. We have to make time to look after ourselves 👏
I don't enjoy reading in general, so I can't give you a quote. But I do listen to your interviews sometimes, over the last 10 years or so I have listened to many talks from many different people and only now have I thought to myself "what did I actually learn from listening to that talk? What tangible thing did I come away with that I can remember and will use in life?". Well, for many talks on RUclips- I don't remember much. But, I remember you and I remember seeing a genuine person being honest and frank, that person is you. Thank you for that, it's worth more than Gold to me because the average Joe, like me, will never have a pile of gold but we might connect for a moment via a genuine thought. That's worth a lot, it's real.
Sorry Steven, ordered your book back in May but still haven't received it (Amazon)... Hope to receive it soon and will tell you my favourite law. But keep up the Behind the DOAC, as it's great!

I have learnt so much already and implementing them slowly into my life. These laws contains not only information but wisdom and applying them offers short cuts to success and happiness. I totally love my audiobook and thinking of buying paper copies to all the closet to me. It is packed with pure gold! It accompanies me each time I'm out and about on repeat
"To Master It, You Must Create an Obligation To Teach It" - I absolutely found this to be the case in establishing my cybersecurity and data privacy law practice. To really "own" the law, advise clients proactively, and speak fluently, you have to be able to explain it to someone else. I started a blog as a way to do that.
Book launch was outstanding. The interview with Ali Abdaal was my favorite of them all. I think his interview was the best because you can tell he was coming to it as a true fan. I've watched it twice!
You really are and inspirational, humble, genuine person. Love watching your vlogs and your podcasts on your other channel. I’ve been struggling with my mental health recently due to some massively tough things that have been happening in my life. Listening to the podcasts and watching the vlogs really helps. I love how creative you encourage your marketing team to be. Ideas like that come from a place of feeling trusted and to feel you have the support and resources around you to bring big ideas to life. It sounds obvious - but so many organisations don't harness that creativity. The key to great marketing - is a great culture/trusted environment. Dearest Steven, as an avid fan i wanted to share an insight with you, if i may?
Seeing your empathy with Jada and then watching your video with Maisie a year ago, i realize that your real love might not be media as much as it is your ability to really help people on an emotional level.
That Maisie would feel safe with you is no small thing, young female trauma victims are very scared of men.
Your book is another example of that, this podcast, dragons den, all of it, to help people from the pit people find themselves in. I know i am one of those people.
Now that you have strong ties with the Royal Foundation, i know you would thrive in creating a "school" for neurodivergent teens who have talent but normal school is stuntimg them.
You are using the platform you have been given so well and i applaud you.
From watching all the videos i know so much about you, like how i wish you well for moving house and me hoping you find healing in your relationship with your mum.
However, platforms like these mean you have to please be patient with me as i consume regular content of you but you know nothing of me 😅 so if i sound too "familiar" with you, this is the reason.

Bonus: One of my favorite insights is Law: 'Ask, Don't Tell' - The Power of Questions. I've also come to learn that this is sometimes referred to as 'Level 3listening.' It's about genuinely listening and being curious when you're interacting with anyone, whether it's mentors, clients, colleagues, or anyone else. Instead of just waiting for your turn to speak, take the time to truly listen. Many people are often just waiting for their chance to talk, but real listening can make a world of difference."
