You have no idea how special of a moment that would be for someone who lives, breathes, and loves monster trucks to be able to sit in the driver's seat of Taurus. A true piece of monster truck history and a true legend! Can't thank everyone at the museum enough for putting this together over the years and maintaining it. Hope you had a lot of fun while you were there. Great video and thank you for taking the time to film it and share it.
Thank you so much sharing this! I used to go to monster truck shows all the time when I was a kid in the 90's. The shows were always so epic. I'm glad that someone is taking the time to preserve the history of monster trucks. On a side note; it would be great to see a classic Grave Digger in that museum at some point. 💀
I miss the days when monster trucks were built from real trucks and were show vehicles. The modern monster trucks don’t have the soul that the old trucks did
Couldn't agree more but the monster trucks of today are a work of art just in a different way, the way modern monster trucks defy gravity is unbelievable and the abuse they can take is amazing
Wow super cool dude, I just subscribed I’ll be watching for more, love my monster trucks. I have 6 1/8 scale remote control trucks, And about six 1/24 scale monster trucks. Sure appreciate you sharing. I’ll catch you on the next one until then peace and chicken grease 😁👋👋😎
3 gauges... You have your water temp, water pressure, oil temp, and oil pressure😂 probably more like water temp, oil pressure, and voltage... But maybe oil temp, but I doubt it😂😂
There is a gear selector on the floor to the right of the driver. If by gear changes you mean actually replacing gears, idk, that's a question for Wildman Jeff!
Everett Jasmer's 1988 National Champion USA-1 was the first to incorporate an aluminum Profab quick change transfer case. Prior, most trucks ran the military transfer cases or such that didn't offer any ratio changes. To my knowledge, Cyclops ran a chain drive case that allowed ratio change with different chain lengths and sprockets.
A steering wheel with 3 grade 8 bolts holding it on... Surprise, theres no air bag😂🤣 sorry... But come on man, still a good video, but only because of the footage...

Yes Sir! An informative video!
Does he want 2500 for that race car with the motor????
23:18
I think the motor is not included, however call the number listed for further details. It is a neat piece!
I live 10 miles from the hall of fame museum.
You got to go check it out!!!
Jeff Dane's King Kong was a recreation or replica, not a restoration.
Oh, ok! Still very cool!
How Did They Do Gear Changes In those Trucks.

That’s What I Meant.
@@elleryparsons2433 I change gears on RC cars, not moster trucks haha...better ask Wildman Jeff on that one.
