cool pad like I said before, not patched. It works on old gen (Xbox 360 and PS3), however new gen (PC, PS4, Xbox One) it doesn't work

I just went up and took it. They dont really shoot at you at all and they dont chase you. Also you DO NOT obtain a wanted level for stealing it. Shooting them is unnecessary. Thought Id provide you that info. Also PLEASE disable ads

The best & easiest way to get it is to get a chopper & hover above the people they will run away, then just get in & drive no problems at all, you dont have to kill them, thats what i did.

I didn't find the FIB buffalo, but I did find 2 FIB Grangers. But it helped me get the FIB Granger though
