  • Take a look into the very FIRST BioDesign Beach Pool in the State of Indiana by Vivid Landscape & Lighting!
    Biodesign Evansville is a Certified Biodesign sculpted pool installer for the Evansville, Indiana area. Biodesign Evansville is a service of VIVID Landscape & Lighting LLC. Being a small family-owned business, brothers Nick and Matt Luckett wanted to focus on specializing in custom landscape venues while showcasing outdoor lighting. We are very excited to bring the Biodesign sculpted pool to Southern Indiana!
    A Biodesign Beach Sculpted Pool is crafted with beach entries, customized seating areas, and swimming zones - all personalized to your swimming needs. The Biodesign swimming pool is meant to immerse you in your surrounding environment. The illusion of a truly beautiful beach can be created and extended onto the patio area, creating one seamless shore environment.
    This can be especially useful where impervious materials are restricted. We can create patios with porous materials that are exempt from impervious material limitations.

    I'm feeling this kind of design and pool as a contractor myself I can say this is a great use of materials and I personally like the natural look of the pool and how it fits within the landscape. I like the use of the sand & resin, and for me I would add a little blue dye to the mix as I like the blue color to be seen through the water. But, amazing.. I like everything they're doing... Great job.....

    I have a contractor here who has finished the interior of our biodesign pool back in August and the electrician finished with hooking up the pool pump (ionized filtration system) over a month ago. Our pool still cannot be filled with water. No explanation why. We were initially told that as soon as the pool is done, it can be filled with water. What could be the issue with filling the pool with water?

    • @vividlandscapepros
      @vividlandscapepros  Год назад +1

      I have no idea. Once our pools cure we fill the next day with water and get equipment going to filter water. Sorry to hear that. Contact Biodesign HQ to report this issue.

    • @vividlandscapepros
      @vividlandscapepros  Год назад +4

      Thank you! These pools are custom and priced $175-185 per sq ft pending on design. This pool is 6ft deep.

      @@vividlandscapepros can they go any deeper than 6 ft

    • @vividlandscapepros
      @vividlandscapepros  Год назад

      @@7271293 not usually. It’s not impossible, but depends on the design of pool.

    How do you clean these pools and is there dye in water for color? I’ve seen few that look fluorescent but doesn’t appear to be from lighting or colored sand. Could be mistaken though

    • @vividlandscapepros
      @vividlandscapepros  Год назад +1

      Absolutely no dye! The water is that color from the sand shell. We clean and sanitize the water with pool equipment just like a normal pool

    • @scrapper904able
      @scrapper904able 10 месяцев назад

      Water absorbs colors in the red part of the light spectrum, but not blue, and that is why you see blue. The same principle as to why the ocean looks blue even when it's super deep.

    Can you help me understand what something like this would cost or what this exact project was pricewise I'm sure everyone on here is curious… But amazing job. I am about to do a pool in my backyard. And I am a quadriplegic so gradual entry like this would really be nice…

    • @JayzforDayz1227

      Also, how deep is the pool?

    • @williamvallejo5976
      @williamvallejo5976 2 месяца назад

      OK I answered my own question so a 16 x 32 equivalent is 512 ft.² at $185 per square foot equals $97,000 .. it's beautiful but she's expensive ...

    Can you make make this type of pool like the traditional deep pool??

    • @vividlandscapepros
      @vividlandscapepros  Год назад +1

      With these types of pools we don’t typically build them deeper than 6ft. It is possible to go deeper, but just takes a lot more material to build a bigger pool to accommodate the deeper end.

      It’s their lake, they don’t swim it so they wanted a clean pool to enjoy.

    • @MattFoleysGhost
      @MattFoleysGhost Год назад +1

      Yup. The guy does great work. But it’s beyond me why people pay for pools in front of ponds when they could have put that money into a nature consultant, aquatic plants, a pump etc that would address the algae and make it swimmable for a fraction of the price.
      And that’s if there is an algae issue but it looks swimmable as is. I reckon their silly Boomers with grandkids.
