Hi, i am currently considering completing my final year in sixth form and is considering applying for uwi faculty of Science and technology and just wanted to know if it is possible to transfer from uwi faculty of Humanities &Ed to Sci& tech.

Humanities and Science and Technology are two different faculties. You will need to meet the science requirements to go to Sci tech. I think you should email admissions about whether or not you meet the academic requirements for sci tech.

Can we check if the program is accredited on their website for instance i applied for bachelor science in business administration at ucc and this video got me thinking cause it's cheaper than my other options

You can. You can also check the UCJ (UNIVERSITY council of Jamaica) website to see if they accredit the school.
