I am so new to embroidery that I delighted in watching this 3 times through already and plan to watch again. Best video for all the glorious Hatch attributes a newbie could possibly want! Thank you for the details and time sequence above!!!

I love how you used so many Hatch tools. You do a great job of breaking projects down without complicating it!!

What exactly did you have in mind?

Lindee Goodall I tried using the tru type font to make a name and the design was very dense. I would like to understand the basis for creating names/ words and what stitch type, length, underlay and compression. There are several videos that touch on these at high level but don’t really go into detail as to what they mean and why you want to adjust.

I've just followed along with your tutorial and am so pleased I did. Although not Irish and I doubt I'll ever use the design, creating it was fun, very informative and will help to cement the techniques used. I was especially impressed with the knife tool and how you used it. I have used it before but would never have realised just how creatively it can be used. I do tend to lack imagination but maybe this has opened up a whole new area to work on. Thanks a bundle.

I've taken a lot of classes where I never intend to use what we make just to learn some new techniques, So many people can't see beyond the project itself. So nice to know that someone actually worked through this one! Thanks!

Lindee, you make it look so easy. Thanks for showing us that it is really that easy. What I want to see is blending multiple colors to gove a shading or blended look. 3 or more colors. Thanks

Love how you use the tools within the software. Blending would be awesome on a video. Like Fur on a Cat.
