Hey, another tip I've found playing with this: play around with the modulator's phase. I've found -84* producing most "squekiness"

Yeah this totally makes me want to give Phaseplant a go. Looks like it has a hefty learning curve though.

Can you do that with Vital too ? or any other synth (Bitwig poly grid)? Getting a bit tired of always buying new stuff ....

@@DashGlitch Thank you for your answer, but I cannot reproduce the frothy effect .... What is the frequency of the second oscillator you are using to modulate the cutoff ? I tried with a very fast lfo on Serum, but the result is not the same ...
Serum is not good for Audio-rate modulation, I am pretty sure i've done a tutorial explaining the audio rate modulation with LFOs in Vital.
