Those are not maggots...its called SAGO WORM or PALM LARVAE.
Its an excellent delicacies in Asia...you can roasted it or just eat it raw...or stir fried.
The adult insect shown in video is called
Red palm weevil,Rhynchophorus ferrugineus.Family Curculionidae,Order
Coleoptera.This pest attack coconut palm,date palm etc..
