An alcoholic who was besotted with his own image and convinced that he was a great businessman . He got into the aviation industry because of the glamour and the hi-profile it provided , to impress his peers . Unfortunately as the results showed , aviation is a very competitive and complex business . Unlike what is said Mallya didn't have great charisma and he was certainly no demigod- just a flop rich kid who was handed an empire by his father and managed to run it into the ground . He looked and behaved like a lush .

You CANNOT run an airline without employing real airline prople. If you can run a commercial airline and make money you are one of only a very few very talented business people in the world. That's a fact! 👍

This is a big lesson to all employees! Never never love your company! We are all just expendable slaves of our company! They will only show love and care as long as the company is doing good! This is the practice of all companies globally! When their business fails, it's only the employees and the small suppliers who will suffer! This happened so many times globally already! The government must help the employees get their salary and benefits! It's their job!
And this is also the practice of all governments! They will never protect us! They will only make sure we pay our taxes! The owners of big businesses is their boss!
That is what all big businesses do! They fool their employees to love their business more than themselves! Make us a fanatic to their business! Love yourself first! The very moment they don't pay you and make promises, resign at once! Never forget that the rich and their pet dog government will never suffer like that! We are all just their expendable slaves!

An airline that flew higher and higher too soon, and then lost its wings. I suppose he thought all those parties he held for his employees were enough to offset their back salaries.🐞

This is why employees should always be aware of their company’s business and financial performance. Surprised that people get bedazzled by the cult of personality but it happens in every sphere of life. This guy is just having the time of his life outside India. Third grade businessman and useless person ever. And ‘Dr. Mallya’ !!!

Vijay Mallya was a showman, using the business his father built, to fund a lifestyle not compatible with Indian protocols
He forgot that success has a million fathers; failure is an orphan.... cheers to better times king-size choosing friends wisely, enemies will always follow

Vijay Mallya dared to start an airline and he tried his best with Kingfisher airlines. I flew one of its initial flights from Bangalore ,it started doing well with good customer service. The aviation market is not easy alot of taxes and regulations. The aviation business generally brings Europeans as CEOs who understand the dynamics of the market. I think Mallya did not realise that, thats why kingfisher went through losses. I hope Kingfisher airlines could be revived again

Sometimes even with best intentions big busdinesses fail because services or commodities given to public are not accepted as readily as given due to various reasons so these failures should not be dissed but written off by central mint print factory its nothing but few months printing thats all and make sure staff gets their dues. And chapter 11 bankruptcy filed thats all.

These games of print mint with entire thieves cuts intact both parties which they are urging public to go vote for them, I mean look at their daring compliance and confidence that they will succeed

Corrupt people achieve nothing for society but to corrupt the people further. No nation is more corrupt than India. There's very few examples of success. It's mostly successful corruption techniques.
