My "AHA" moment, was the statement that fear is handed to you through conversation, news, and someone else's experience. I've got to decide what does not belong to me and put it away from me.

I needed this. I loved point 3 "it's just a season" this just made me realize that my greatest fear is assuming the current reality is my destination. I am a new entrepreneur (with a coach/mentor and the people around me who have the results I want).
It's been 2 years since I've started building/investing into my business (2-5 years' build), yet It's putting me so far behind. I wanted to be able to pay off some debt, but it seems as if the funds I'd normally use to pay is going into my business every month.
I don't know what to do. 🥹
The 2 things that helped me in this talk/ video are:
1)Talk about it/ get it out
2)Stop, breathe, and keep on going.

Fear has been a heavy thing for me the last 10 months, but I am learning coping strategies to become better and the last 5 months I have reached out for therapy, getting my mental health sorted and also got myself a dietician as well as starting to eat healthier as well as get back into my passions.

Hi Lisa. I've been listening to your talks for about a year now. I've listened to so many speakers in my adult life, but you are the only one that pulls waterfalls of tears out of me. You don't just speak to my mind, you speak to my soul.

I required it. I especially liked the phrase "it's just a season" in point three since it helped me realise that my biggest concern is taking my current reality for granted as my final destination. My anxiety decreased after being told that this is just a season and it will pass. As I wait for this season to end, I will now turn my attention back to the greater picture.Many thanks, .
