Ese si era un genio soldadora de autojena ,soplete y martillo para las abolladuras..era un genio.

When it came to fixing the chassis, what was the red thing beside it for? Outside of that question, very great and beautiful job on the restoration. You guys are geniuses in that line of work.

How much does it usually cost for a basic paint job, nothing fancy, just 1 solid color?
I would expect the truck has to have the frame checked and a safty in order to be put back on road.

That's the job for DOT. Also depends on, what kind of title that rig has already. Clean or damage/repair etc.
