2 hundredths of a second will still make a difference, and some classes are close enough that that will actually get you further up the grid in qualifying. Take a look at KA3 Senior Medium at Warrnambool that just ran, top 6 was in within 2 hundredths. If 6th place got that 2 hundredths, that would be pole position.
2 hundredths was found at Puckapunyal which has a much larger straight than Warrnambool so I don’t think tucking the head would make any difference at that circuit
I dont duck for speed advantage i do it because I have a neck problem going at high speed in karts and somehow ducking down relieves the pain idk the science behind it but hey it works.
My kart in very hot days will misfire at the top end no matter what Jeting or carb settings I use but ducking my head even as a 5’2 person stops the misfire by taking some load of the engine

Nice tip Dave, Aston loving the videos
Aston is starting to kick some butt! Well done
This would probably help me a lot, because I'm 6'4
I'm also almost 6'4 . Do you have any advice to be more comfortable? do you have a standard seat?
2 tenths will make a huge difference it would put me on the top 5 maybe even top 3 in qualifying
For sure! 2 tenths is massive, I just haven’t seen it make that much time gain
At least here for in the states there are some tracks where it can make .07 or 1 tenth a lap difference

Watching this video on the toilet with splash.
And that's my story.
If I'm 173 cm tall, can I make it normal?

That’s really strange. I’d definitely look into getting your carb serviced as there seems to be an issue
nice Dave how tall are you as it seems your a bit big for that kart
186cm. This wasn’t my kart fortunately!
I duck I just do it since I’m not used to not doing it and I would say I’m one of the taller drivers in my class
So basically me & you would have to tuck in, but James doesn't :D
I don't think it makes a big difference! Won plenty of races without ducking
Human drs 😂
Yeah it doesn't make a big difference overall but you can accelerate easier. Once I passed my friend on a straight because I tucked
