This is one of the best channels to fall asleep to. Seriously, the acoustics are amazing and his voice is also very calming. This is not an insult by any means!!!

Still my favourite part of the experience....vicariously having coffee in bed on a morning with crappy weather. I really appreciated both the van and tent camps - each was so different from the other, yet equally enjoyable. As for the power of suggestion, it's a real thing. Always love your videos, I live by some of the most beautiful beaches in the world but id trade it to be back in the mountains eating good food while listening to the rain coming down.

Great video as always, the van is looking good I hit the like as soon as i saw the steak and mushrooms as it made me very hungry and i had just eaten my evening meal. The views are breathtaking I don’t like travel so watching your videos is the next best thing. I hope your lovely ladies at home are keeping well.

The Van is so sick dude, love it, I really like the simple setup you have made, id just marine carpet it and KISS it jmo, but I find simple is best, but either way sick, loved that series of Hi Ace.

Fwiw I have been back n forth for years on a setup in the rear of my 80s, I can sleep in it, but its not a van, I have looked at so many drawer setups, but I'm all about weight, flexibility and for now have decided I'm not going to do a draw setup, not in this truck, maybe a full tourer id do it, this is my hard core of roader and also tourer at the moment.
so I have opted for a expedition box setup for ultimate light weight flexibility and usability.
I use x2 Front Runner Wolf Pack Pro boxes ( I purchased from Land & Sea) great boxes, opted for a high lid option, but that's a ongoing supply prob from Aussie at the moment, they stack and lock, so good, light strong! btw land & Sea have been awesome to deal with.
But while Im waiting for the lids, Ifound the box i OG wanted Tred GT stroage boxes, bti more expensive but not as expensive as say a Expedition 134 box, they tie down and the lid can still be opened or removed, again stackable and self locking!
I will have 2 of each use them as a table use them for my baby Q, food in one, tools in another, spares in one, fluids in another, this allows me to grab a box to say fix a hub or do repairs no looking grab a box and use it as a seat or have my tools right at hand with what ever I do.
I can put them outside sleep inside, or use the truck in the weekends at home for stuff without hassle of time to empty the truck all the time, so flexible that's how I went just an FYI, that works for me, not be for everyone, but I see so many people buy so much and carry what they want not what they need, I have seen guys do countless builds and fit out each year for channel content and still never get it right, its not cheap, buying turn key drawer or van setups or doing custom, check out Ronny Dahls channel and Andrew P St White, they are not vans or though ASP (4xOverland)is doing a new Hi Ace conversion as they don't make a new gen 4wd he's converting it with Aussie industry insiders, you might enjoy that, but he is never satisfied with his fit outs and shows how even when you have done it multiple times there's always something that gets in the way, me Im ex army so I like KISS, keep it simple stupid, works for me, check them out you might find some great tips!
BTW I bought my Tred Gts from Hyperdrive free shipping and awesome service also!
ps, I do like Gearshop as well and my go to for camping, they need some more guy rope and guy line runner options, well I couldn't find em anyways cheers,btw love the channel...

Great video. So hard to get my head around summer camping. I had hail for today’s walk and darkness at 4pm. Consolation: seeing Saturn.. When the weka turned up at your first camp, I was beginning to think you had one as a pet but then there was no weka at your second camp. Very disappointing. Three steaks! Your next outing should feature vegan food. And more wekas.

i would have cooked the food on the fire ( i mean, you already have the stones there to form a basic stove ). fire and tarp don't mix well, i would have figured out something else.
Cooking on the fire sucks compared to gas
