I always been told that ghost are just like us, so we seeing them and them seeing us is like being 'unlucky' ... basically when we see ghost we like "holy shit a ghost!!", they are the same like "my God!! I just saw a human!!"

40:12 just wanted to point out that Colby's challenge was climbing up the lighthouse and if you listen very intently during the Estes method lots of the replies they got had things that could link to that such as Sam saying "died" and then Colby replying with "Its gonna happen" and then there was "free fall" "up and down" "careful" and finally Sam says "300" and when I googled how many steps the St. Augustine lighthouse has it came in very closely at 219 steps. (just to add on earlier with the spirit box at 31:07 "shove" and "soon") all really strange yet connected if you really think about it. Something deeper was definitely going on there.

My opinion it sounds like Sam has another attachment because the EMF reader went off while on him along with the multiple other things, or it could be attached to the both of them. After all it did say it was following them not just Sam or Colby but them as in a group. Which also makes me wonder if this unknown spirit or entity is following not just Sam and Colby but maybe a few others in their rag tag group of paranormal investigators. I also agree to the first comment, but to me it sounds like a whole collection of voices some fighting to tell their story, while others answered the question. It's as if the spirits or whatever they where, where fighting over each other for a chance to talk.

I came back to watch this video again. Colby after you told us that this is the video where you were in incredible pain and you knew there was something absolutely wrong and it made you decide to go to the doctor, yet you still maintained your professional front for your viewers is admirable. You did your job and didn't show your pain, looking back, think I can see it now, but the first time I watched this I didn't notice it; it shows your dedication to your profession and your respect to your subscribers.
That being said, I really enjoyed watching just the two of you again. Watching you 'refind' how to do a video on your own again without other characters to support you is nice to see. I like taking the journey with you. Even though you don't see me. Good job guys.

At the very beginning they say how lighthouses are beacons for not only wayward ships in the night but also spirits, I can attest I live in Maine and every single lighthouse I’ve been in has energy and ironically Portland Head Light is like the most popular and the least haunted 😅 if you come to Maine there’s SO many more spooky things than Portland Head Light, the catacombs by the lighthouse at Southern Maine Community College is probably the creepiest place I’ve been besides Fry Island’s catacombs it’s pitch dark besides the cannon portholes and people feel hands grab them and whispers from the darkness whenever they bravely try to “make it to the other side” where there’s light 💡

When they were doing the double Estes method, and the question was "What could Sam and Colby do to become better paranormal investigators?" at 37:56, Colby said "free fall". That could mean that the spirits want both of them dead so they can be closer to the spirit. And when they got their challenges at 40:13, Colby was talking about tripping and falling all the way to the bottom. I don't know if they are linked somehow but it's just something I noticed

I remember this was the first Sam and Colby video I ever watched, I have no regrets of that.
In the Estes Method, there were two words that stuck out. 300 and free-fall. Colby talked about dying on the stairs because he fell down them. And 300 steps he would have to fall down to die. Anybody else think that's weird?
It definitely is connected, I think everything that was said during the session was super important in answering the questions but free fall specifically stood out a lot

it worried me when they red the challenges because of this!! I got so nervous when he got close to the railing. I think it either meant Joseph or Colby, and if it was Colby they somehow knew what was written on the papers since they carried them on them the whole time.

I just realised that Sam said “Pittie” and then he was also saying stuff like “I as the friend panic.” Like they was talking to the girl who survived and then he also says “save me” like the other 3 was drowning.

Guys just noticed something,
At 40:25 Colby said going down 300 stairs and earlier in the estes method one of them said 300.
That actually gave me chills

during the dual estes method, it was like there were two spirits having conversations with each other, like at the end Colby said 'Maria' then Sam said 'Is it Marie?'
That’s what I felt like, one of them would say something and then the other would answer it or like Sam said “down low” and then right after Colby said “down there” it seems like Sam was asking for confirmation and Colby agreed. It felt like they were talking to each other more than they were talking to us.

I remember my sister being obsessed with y'all now I realize why when she recommended me this channel I felt so proud when y'all went to the conjuring house as if that wasn't crazy enough u visited the most haunted doll (yes I took a picture nothing bad has happened just that my Internet started being weird) ! Just finished watching The Boys video about this place and i wanted to rewatch sam and colbys experience and its crazy how much the ghost both interact with both teams
I didn't know who these two guys were until the boys were talking about Sam and colbys experience at the conjuring house.
I’ve been to St. Augustine. It’s a beautiful, history-rich city. The beach was a plus, ofc, but I _really_ wanted to see the lighthouse. I’m a history nerd, and had been wanting to visit the city for years. Sadly, I got a very bad ankle sprain at the airport.
Did that stop me from swinging myself up and down the lighthouse’s hundreds of steps with shoes wet from rain? Of course not. The view of the city from the top was absolutely worth it.
i love how sams sitting in the basement terrifeid for his life with spirits being incredibly active with no escape and colbys on the stairs like "omg guys I hit my knee" "ow i stubbed my toe" "i cant find the camera"
