Ordered my 2022 Unity RL three months ago. It may take another year to get it, but it gives me something great to look forward to!!!! I researched the heck out of this as well. Nothing comes close to the Leisure Travel Van Unity~!
How much of a down payment to order your rig?
Nothing comes close. I doubt that.
Mine took 1.5 years to wait with a $5,000.00 down payment. My 1.5 years ends in Feb. of this year. Fingers crossed they don't delay it any more. I heard they are now at a 3 year wait list. Not sure how you are able to get yours within a year? Of course there are used Unity vans out there for those who can't wait.

We took delivery of our 2021 Unity RL in June of this year and we ABSOLUTELY love it.
Been 100% problem free for us. We tried to get out almost every weekend through the summer.

@@oldbay2 If you get the optional air mattres, yes.
@@oldbay2 we’re a family of 3 and it’s been perfect and I see no reason why it wouldn’t sleep 4 comfortably. (We do have the optional air mattress but haven’t used it).
When did you order your Unity RL and which location?
LTVs are just next level. One thing I love about them is their simple paint job. I don't know why all the other manufacturers are obsessed with obnoxiously goofy swirls and swoops. And then they want to charge you $10k for them.

lol exactly...it's like 80's 90's looking/feel. I'm also wondering when the US will step into the microCampers like in Asia and Europe. Millinials/GenZ are into it and here in the US those generations have to DIY their vans because they don't sell MicroCampers here yet. Japan's style and design is so cute and cozy.

What a gorgeous MH Dean..love the layout. You are the best rep for any company ever! you speak as if you designed the MH, built the MH, could fix the MH, traveled for years in a MH, you own the company and you make me feel as if I am your only customer with 5* service! Kudos

This is my fav model, the rear lounge. You only sleep 8 hrs, rather have the room for the remaining 16.
You are truly truly the man I love the way you get around the RV and you talk about the details and you make things so exciting and fun to watch you are an amazing person .
Of all the Class B rigs out there, this one is our favorite! Looks like it would be a great full-time rig.
IMHO: It would be even better if the following options were available:
(1) 12 VDC Danfoss/Secop compressor cooled refrigerator in lieu of the 3 way adsorption fridge
(2) Flush mounted induction cooktop vs the propane cooktop
(3) A Webasto/Eberspacher furnace/water heater.
(3A) A Truma Combi furnace/water heater
(4) A built in Hughes Autoformer power surge protector upgrade
My wife & I aren't really fans of propane fueled devices.
Can u explain please their 12v version, vs your 12v fridge?
@@SpykersB the 3 way fridge (LP/120 Volt/12 Volt) in the Unity is an adsorption refrigerator. It works best with propane. It is very inefficient when using the120 Volt heating element(s) to heat the adsorption boiler; and even more so when running the heating element(s) on 12 Volts.
The modern 12 Volt Danfoss/Secop compressor refrigerator is much more energy efficient than the adsorption refrigerators. Totally different technology. Uses a refrigerant compressor vs an adsorption boiler to cool the refrigerator. With the compressor refrigerator, I would highly recommend the Lithium battery upgrade.

Maybe a 55 inch TV in the rear lounge would be better. Since, I really don't like the TV placement in the front. The pop up TV is the best. Other than that, it's a very nice RV.

Dean great motorhome, when you have it engineered for full four seasons, use a all wheel drive chassis and have a Splendide combo washer & dryer added we'll be ordering!

We do a lot of off roading with our Rubicon and Turtleback off road trailer and love that we can go anywhere with our setup. With that said, both my wife and I want an additional option and this looks perfect. Once 23s be so me available to order, we’re placing ours.
Hi Dean! We've got ours on order....2 year waiting list. Such a great motor home we are not bothered to wait. There is just nothing else out there that compares to a Leisure Travel van. Absolute best buy for the money in every way!

What a nice rig and an excellent presentation. I was hoping for an MSRP but I guess that takes a Google search. Something to consider is do away with three way refrigerators as people expect residential refrigerators since you have solar and an inverter. The unit should have a basic coffee maker whether it is a separate drip electric or a french press with boiled water and 4 cups and 4 person basic table setting. It can get confusing for new owners how best to outfit the unit considering storage. Giving then an inexpensive starter package of kitchen utensils could be a selling point. Something that doesn't seem to be considered is people wear different shoes and clothes throughout the day for sleeping, waking up, sightseeing, hot and cold weather, dress-up and lounging. This includes head wear and accessories we carry and I don't see where all that goes. Somewhere you need a place with hooks to keep all that out of sight and for traveling.

Looks great. Except a lot of places have 22 foot maximums. Wish they would make one like this at that length.
I’ll take two…when they offer them with solid-state batteries. To heck with all of that diesel and propane setup. Other than my power preference, the Unity RL gets as close to perfect in a Class B Plus RV as one can get…🤟🏼

Fantastic floor plan, good quality ruined by a propane refrigerator and holes to cool it in the side of the van. Please catch up on the electrical department and install a 12v compressor fridge.
And please also offer a flush mounted induction cooktop option.
So true. I can't believe they still use a propane fridge. That was a deal killer for me. The floor plan is actually really small for a 25 ft motorhome in my opinion.
@@rvlifediy They have to move on it is the biggest reason for fires and in the summer they don't work. I changed mine but it took 20 years. They don't draw that much. A microwave takes a surge of power for a few minutes but is not as bad as people think. Don't bake a cake or cookies in them.

Love this Unity RL, don't like the open area below cabinets in gallery. While driving this could be a hazard with things flying around. An option for a second table for the rear would be a great idea. Thank you so much for your video's I have learned a lot, I hope I will be able to order soon.

The unity rl would be perfect if they offered a stretch version to put bikes or other items in back with a side load door from either side. Or a fold out back extension to the rear exterior.
Wish they have look-through storage like Twin Beds version in the rear of the van.
this thing is...amazing. So smart ideas and so simple. The only minus is the bathroom, which is desperately small, plus the real issue is when you are ready with the bath, comming wet outside making steps everywhere, this is not really a dry bath whatsoever, but for this size is just amazing. Overall amazing.
You don’t come out wet. You dry off in the shower, last you dry each foot as you step out onto a bath rug in the dry bath. We gotta housebreak you Martin. Don’t be running through your RV all wet.
You do a great job on presenting! Such talenet! Used to like Leisure but colors and floorbplans are too trendy for my taste.

I don't know why the Unity RL doesn't offer this. The Wonder RL has this with a more simplistic footrest. I'd even forgo the footrest in lieu of more storage space.

I love this motorhome. I think I would rather have a wet bath to have more room. The shower is very small for a bigger person. Everything else is fantastic.

Hey Dean the privacy curtain looks to small for the lower window. It was like only 6 inches in length x 3 inche wide.
