@@RyanKao that’s awesome! I know eventually I’ll build one for easier set up for talking head style videos haha This will be a great video to help me get there when I build one!
This thing is my new best friend.. should we name him? Hahaha hope you guys enjoyed seeing an update to the studio. Have even more little tweaks and updates coming soon ✌🏼
Sweet studio setup mayne. It’s coming together pretty nice. Appreciate how the RUclips stand is affordable and compact to just work with the gear you have. And the idea behind those motion sensor lights is just cool asf 👌🏾
You make top tier videos, but there's one minor problem: There's audible resonance at around 120hz, maybe some acoustic treatment or microphone EQ could help with that!
Appreciate the input man. I've noticed it on some speakers when watching my videos back. Wasn't sure if anyone else noticed... I'll work on the EQ in the future!
Hello Ryan, I went with the Rode PSA 1 because it is cheaper here in Japan. But it does not fit the Viozon mount. Did you have any issue with connecting your Boom arm to the included Viozon mount and did you have to use a little force to connect the two pieces? I see that your mount is connected to your boom arm and it does not fall off.
Nice setup! I'm curious how you got the Innogear mic arm spigot to fit into the hole of the Viozon stand where their mic arm was. Looks like you were attaching the whole thing already put together in the video? I have the Viozon stand and an extra Innogear arm, but it's spigot is just slightly bigger than the hole so without modifying (read: smashing) the Innogear stand, I couldn't get it to work. Curious if you had issues?
Wow! Great video, thanks... But a question: Do I have to record my voice via microphone on an external device like here on your video? Can't I just transfer my shotgun microphone to the DSLR camera with a cable, i.e. to my SD card? Is that not enough? Thanks for your tip :)
That does look nice. I don't have a studio, but I'm going to try to adapt something like this for mobile livestream setups. I just need to figure out how transport it in a few pieces as possible.
👋🏽 dear person that's reading, we don't know each others, but I wish& pray for you all the best in life ❤️ You don't even know how precious your life is, so never stop Smiling because it's precious. Go forward in life; and smile.. Love from a small RUclipsr❤️
@@RyanKao I'm 26 not that you were asking, but I just wanted to say I love watching your videos, you're really good at story telling. I have no doubt you will have a lot of success with your skill set, keep creating!
Caleb is singlehandedly changing the game!!!! Cause I’ve also made my own and I mainly create music production videos! I love it!! 😍😍😍 For the acoutistic blankets… put more grommets in them and install them on a curtain rod instead! 🥰
You're organized AF, I love it haha im the same... Yo, this video gave me some ideas, thanks bro!
Yoo thanks fam! Seriously makes a huge difference to take some time and breakdown the space and workflow and iron things out
Workflow is everything! I hate when things get in the way of expressing and making it feel like work.
100% man. Thanks for watching!
About to make this ASAP. Awesome video as always my guy 😎
This is wayyyy better than anything I've seen. Super easy and clean.
wow this is exactly what i was looking for thank you well explained and demonstration for my budget
Glad it was helpful!!
This was awesome. Also, your studio setup is just perfect. The shot and lighting 10/10.
Yooo really appreciate this.
Organization & maximizing space is key 🙏
1000% man. Made a huge difference in my overall workflow
Looks pretty cool! Seems pretty reliable and awesome!
So far it’s been amazing! Thanks man

The sound treatment definitely made a very noticeable & positive change!
Yeah I'm glad you noticed! I think its made a huge improvement. I might add more soon
Your closet is amazing. Going to work that into my set up next!
Took a while to organize it to my liking, and takes even more work to keep clean. Haha but it’s sure great to have the dedicated space!
Thank you for being so incredibly generous with all aspects of your set up and equipment. So impressive.

You should name it Jeff. "Bring in Jeff!"
He looks like a Brian!
Kindly send me the links for the all hardware for the studio 🙏
Thanks for sharing, Ryan! Good stuff!
Hey thanks Chris!!
You are super organized haha I'm the same way. I hope my office space can look like this one day. You have inspired me, appreciate you!
Happy to hear this!! 🙏
Nice video. Cool stand and great idea with the magnetic lights.
will the camera mount hold a Canon R6 mk II and 24-105 lens or does it need a smaller camera/lens to be steady/sturdy?
Very cool, super motivated to get my setup dialed in for this year. Thanks for sharing. This will for sure help streamline my workflow.
Glad to hear it man. Thanks for watching!!
Watching you grow mate is very inspiring!! Thank you
Ayy thank you so much Rigo. Appreciate you
Ayyy filming set up clean and more efficient!!

Dude the motion lights made all the difference. Closet now is borderline my fav part of the space
That looks like something Caleb Pike Has.
Yep! He was a big inspiration for this!
Really inspiring! Lots of great tips
Great video! ❤ Love seeing these all-in-one setups. 👌
So much fun.. thanks man
Love it man. Definitely inspired me to tidy up my gear a bit.
Makes a huge difference in mental clarity and productivity!!
Freaking killed it!!! Very well done!!!
Great video
Looks great man!
Thank you Eric!!
@ 6:20, the arm that is adjusted, slides (jumps) down the stand. So the arms are held in place by friction only?
Broo 💜
Awesome Studio
I wish I could do something like that but I shoot with my phone and have zero budget.
Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
I think with some tweaks and substitutions you could build a good setup! Happy to give advice if needed
amazing work !

@@RyanKao Haha no worries, thanks for noticing my feedback. I'm an audio hobbyist so I tend to notice these kinda things LOL
just discovered you! AMAZING content. love it
Every channel keeps building these things, and I think we need to jump on the band wagon haha it does seem really really convenient haha

I think a setup similar to this would be amazing for that! Let me know if you decide to build one! I could give you some input if needed
So the stand only sells in parts ?
We got bamboozled
😬
Hey Ryan! Do you know if the top of the stand can be popped off to add another piece to make it even taller? Keep up the great work!
This turned out so solid man you’re making me want to make one😂
❤️❤️❤️
Peter McKinnon’s May 7, 2021 video demonstrates his studio conversion.
Yep! I showed a clip of his video!
