This video should go viral, well done Bill, and thank you. Chlorine is very dangerous and should not be taken lightly because we dont see immediate effects we take no heed. There was a recent study published that indicated a lower iQ in male children in countries in which had chlorinated drinking water. Dont cheap out on filters especially if your planning on having children.

Wow, that’s WILD! Thanks so much Bill for the extensive research for us and education. I just purchased 2 of the shower heads on Amazon for my showers. 👍 I use Brita water jugs with the Target filters for our drinking water, I can taste the difference yet wonder now. 🤔 I also wonder what it will do to our skin and hair not having chlorinated showers. Alas, thanks, Mate.

Have you noticed any drop in water pressure running all your water through the ‘whole of house’ filtration system ?
I was worried about that so I got the larger unit to reduce any chance of pressure dropping. I have lost maybe 2% in pressure only when a secondary tap is opened. May look into installing a pump down the track
Hi Bill, great video. I'm not sure for your selves but acceptable cl level in spain is up to a maximum level of 0.60ppm free cl. Also we use for combined we use dpd 3.
Every country has different amounts that are allowed. Some countries have zero chlorine in their water
Will the shower head water filter reduce the water pressure?
The last bowl using your filtration system has a s.light pink glow also.

Hi, they are the Biggest and most reputable brand in Australia. Other companies may be just as good and will most likely be much cheaper however I wanted to see exactly what the biggest company has to offer and the complete process. When I get some time I will look into cheaper alternatives that offer the same 👍

Hi bill, when you stick your hand in the bowl, the chlorine is reacting with the organics and converting to THMs. If you did the test with dpd4 (total chlorine) you’d find that the chlorine is still there.
I am pretty sure I tested both tablets and had the same results ( not in the video) . Next job I go to I’ll test it out again and confirm. Hopefully I remember 👍👍👍

I live in notrthen Italy and i tried the same tests, as we have a swimming pool and we frequently check for chlorine. Where i live tap water is basically chlorine free

the shower head does not work.
i have fitted shower head and it does not remove the chlorine, i brought the tablets and ran the test as you said and the water turned pink.
I thought that if i use it for a few days it might start working so i just retested today after coming home from work and first test was done with the tap running for about a minute and the results was clear water, great i thought but when I let the shower run for a few minutes the water turned pink.
So i think the shower head works for about a minute then what ever is in side the head can not keep up with the water flow, so it can not remove the chlorine from the water.

Wish i was wrong but probably better to get the whole house system.
Hi, I have noticed some people have been purchasing cheaper alternatives to the one tested in the video. I have not tested these and don’t know if the cheaper and lesser stages of filtration filers work.
