@@Did_U_C_That Samsung forced the chipsets to be incompatible with 32bit at Google's orders. All new Samsung's are the same. It's a literal hardware limitation chosen when ordering the chips and the non working apps have to be emulated
Samsung just sucks total ass now I decided to go back to android in 2024 now I'm counting the days for this contract to end because this is the worst phone I ever had, it's the newest android also peice of dog shit phone glitches, detects way to many misinputs, and autocorrect is completely brainless

I'm not sure what even causes this, my phone is a T-mobile REVVL 5049W in the past I could download apps no problem but now as of August 2024 I can't. I could eariler this year with the Xbox app. I'm guessing the phone is outdated as time goes on
All new Samsung chipsets are 32bit incompatible as they come. Its a thing google is forcing . There is no real common way to make the apps work natively.

Did not work. Uninstalling the updates from the play store services remains unsuccessful even after disabling play store.

Didn't work. App says works with all smartphones 9.0 and above. I have 10.0. Didn't change anything.

Go to settings and disable it then enable it again
